“I’ve been going to Vape 108 for about six years now. They have excellent customer service. Adam is amazing. He’s there days Monday through Saturday. He works nine to 4 o’clock. He’s an excellent problem solver he can fix anything that goes wrong with your vape and or your, your tank he gets you hooked up and all your favorite juices never had any problems. Joe the owner he’s wonderful and Danny is awesome! Again the customer service is awesome. If you need anything they can fix you up can’t say enough for them. “Clean well kept shop with quality products. The hookah stems and bases are authentic and built with quality material! Would love to see more variety, including glass/stone bases, gold engraved stems and different hoses. This store has lots of shisha flavors to choose from I would recommend business if you have a home bar or for personal enjoyment. Harry, the store guy is great to work with while shopping or stopping in to browse. Knows his products and not pushy for sales.”

“I was shopping for a 510 eGo thread battery/vape unit (to work with small pre-filled cartridges). Though I'm pretty sure it's the original standard for vaping, I was having difficulty finding a shop in the area that would sell one to me.
102 CBD Vape Smoke on 27th Street had exactly what I needed. The salesperson was effective at pointing me in the direction of a nice Yocan Universal 510 that exactly fit the bill and is so far even better than the Yocan it was replacing.

“I'm writing this 5 star review because of the lady that helped me. I came into this store for the first time a couple days ago and there was a man sitting in the corner that didn't assist me once noticing me but the lady (i don't know her name) she came right over and greeted me. She was patient with all my questions and seemed pretty knowledgeable. Friendly customer service from her and I like that she didn't treat me like I wasn't there. The guy that was in the corner just stayed there in his phone, not sure if he's a manager, worker or owner but he was uninterested whatever the case. I'll definitely come back if I see her working but if the other employees are as uninterested as the guy was, I won't bother returning. Thank you to whoever the lady is, you made my first experience a good one. I'll make sure to come see you again!”

“I live in the suburbs but work a block away from this store and I would come here during my breaks when I needed a vape. I will only ever come here to buy vapes!! And I wanna express why.I'm picky and some times I need to browse a bit. At any other store I am haggled and having unwarranted recommendations on brands and flavors that are unrelated to what I'm looking for and if I buy something they try to hustle me to buy more.But this place is different.I believe he's the owner, but he's always really welcoming, and he will let me look as long as I need to. and if he asks what Im looking for he will give me realistic recommendations. recently, he offered to put in an order for what I was looking for that I was having a hard time finding at any store! I will only come here because of this service. Even though it's far from where I live this small detail alone makes such a difference in my experience.”

“If you haven't been to this smoke shop before. I highly recommend I won't be able to Rego there any more because I've now moved back to Houston. But Nico is fire. He will get you what you need. He is like a bartender. He will get your life story. Great man. I recommend he makes that business run The other guys are nice, but Nico. Stands out. For a little shop, they have a great selection of tobacco and I guess a great selection of cigars, but I don't smoke those so I can't give any personal recommendations on those. With the thca, they have, there is good This shop is very affordable. It was only a lot of money for mom and I because we're both on social security, but if you have a job and you like to smoke thca or smoke good cigars, this is the place to go if it's in the area and convenient for you.”
“Nice lounge and friendly staff. Those two things are the reason for the 4 stars. However the selection is deceiving. It appears that most of the selection are bundle cigars that have been restocked into used cigar boxes. The prices of the bundles are inflated to the prices of the original cigars which were in those boxes. A novice cigar smoker may not recognize it but someone that has a regular cigar rotation will see it. This is a shady practice and threatens to drive away well informed cigar smokers. It is important for cigar smokers to support the local brick and mortar stores and it is equally important that cigar shop owners provide products that are what they are supposed to be.”
“Went in for a glass smoking utensil. They had what we were looking for and so much more. Flower glass pipes, Puffco products, Yocan Evolve Plus coils and other versions, big and small dab rigs, hookahs, many different tobacco types, rolling papers, corn cobs pipe, disposable vapes, juice galore, candy selection, candles, incense, ashtrays, grinders....just some of the things I noted while there. Girl behind the counter was amazing!! Good prices. Rewards program. Highly recommend!!”

“I think this is the third and the best incarnation of this space as a smoke shop. I smoke imported cigarettes, and the former operator was able to get them, until the end. When the new management came in, I asked if they could order my cigarettes. The response was great. The operator stood with me as I found a picture of the package, ensured he would get the exact product, and did so swiftly. I have been in much since, and the selection is fantastic. The place is clean and shiny and the staff are very knowledgeable about legal options for THC compounds legal in WI with many options in the sales case ready for presentation and examination. 5/5 stars.”
