After so many years I finally reached the end of my rope. As of 9/16 they have lost another customer. I am now with Aurora. I got lied to just one time too many..if u can't trust your pharmacy than....time to leave

Terrible customer service. Incompetent guy in photo. More interested in eating beef jerky, joking around and looking at his phone than providing good service with photo digitizing, wasted an hour of our time by deleting our job. I think his name was Denali.

My husband's prescription after his back surgery wasn't available at our local Walgreens, and due to it being Sunday and a holiday the next day, I decided to get it from this 24-hour location. I called first to make sure I could do that. She said she didn't see that prescription for him. She put me on hold and kept putting me back on hold when it timed out without saying a word to me. After 35 minutes I hung up. It was clear that she had no intention of helping me.

If you’d like to stay on hold for two hours when calling for a simple question, have to put your children in a car and drive there after being put on hold numerous times as well as hung up on, just to get there and see the pharmacists and techs laughing and joking, ignoring the phone, stand in line with three other customers saying they actually had to drive there just like you because no one will answer the phone. This is the place for you!

I actually switched away from this Walgreens because I understand it is the third busiest in the state and they have a lot going on. However I had to get a medication here today and I was reminded why I don’t go here. The pharmacy tech Leigh is so dang rude. I am not sure why people who don’t belong in customer service jobs work in them. She knew we were waiting for a medication that she told me would be ready and it wasn’t when we arrived and instead of getting the medication ready that should have already been ready, she said she was going on break. We went up to the counter then to talk to someone else and they said oh yeah it’s been ready…. Seriously? I will continue to avoid this Walgreens at alll costs.

July 4th around 9:50pm, I came to pharmacyto pick my mother's prescription and I was on qiue to pick the medicine the lady worker on painting her hair call a customer who was not on line means just came and helped her and ignored me, when I speak up about that she called me her manager saying you are talking loudly.We are customer s and we deserve respect not disrespect and injustice whch is not good for our society.

Horrible Service, shift lead Dylan is very passive aggressive and talks down to you. I was doubled charged and had to call corporate to get any answer because bro was just standing there with his hands in his pockets.
