Austin is amazing! We love seeing him around. He’s always in a great mood and gives the best customer service there can be!

I recently visited this Walgreens location and had a positive experience. I'm not sure why there are so many bad reviews, as my interactions with the staff were pleasant and professional. The store was clean and well-stocked, and I found everything I needed quickly and easily. Overall, I would recommend this Walgreens location to others without hesitation.

I transferred to Hayat Pharmacy because Wal-Greens doesn't do injections or home deliveries. This was my primary pharmacy for several years and if I need an emergency script filled they'll do it in a few days, although I had to pay out of pocket for the last crisis I was in. This Wal-Greens is a typical Wal-Greens, maybe one of the small to medium sized ones, being well-stocked most of the time and helpful staff when needed. This particular Wal-Greens will NOT dispose your old medications however, the closest Wal-Greens that will is on Coldspring, or you can go to Hayat Pharmacy that will dispose your old medication as well.

I don't know why this Walgreens has low reviews. I've gone here for years now, especially the Pharmacy, and everyone is incredibly nice and helpful. I feel very comfortable going here and will continue to do so. I think they're all great!!

Pharmacist Harry at location would not fill a script of mine that was for post surgical pain. When I called another pharmacy they said they have never heard of "the rule of talking to MD" that Harry was talking about. And because of this I will be w/o meds for 3 days. Not to mention his rudeness about MD not being available on a Saturday.

This is the worst pharmacy. Period. I was “helped” by the pharmacist operations manager named REBEKA. She had the worst attitude the minute I pulled up from the drive thru. I asked for my medication that I’ve been trying to get for 3 days! She tried explaining in very condescending way that the policies have changed and to come back hours later. The day prior I met with the pharmacist and he apologized for their miscommunication and told me the medication wasn’t ready. But not “BEKA”… Instead of helping a customer who is in pain, she decides to get loud and cuts me off every time I try to explain. I called the corporate office and I will file with the better business bureau. My advise, go to CVS or target pharmacy. They have better service.

No baskets because “they walk off”? Sounds like a YOU problem. I’ll take my business elsewhere since apparently I’m only allowed to purchase what I can carry.

The pharmacist, Eric was a GEM! We had 3 people getting vax and he was very informative, he explained things in a way that made total sense and was excellent with the nervous one in our group!

A two because the non pharmacy staff is some of my favorite. The pharmacist here thinks he should control your personal finances. Even after two days, my dr office calling the pharmacy three times. Me calling insurance and the offices over and over he still wouldn’t let me buy a medication I have been on for ten years out of pocket. I already knew that it wouldn’t be covered and wanted to pay cash this time and deal with insurance when I could. Apparently me wanting to may my own life easier ( as someone who is physically handicapped with two neurological disorders) is not okay with him. So instead now almost a week later I still can’t walk right and my brain is finally calming down from all of the chaos. The pharmacist also refused to talk to me and over and over he told me that my doctor never called him. When the nurse called Walgreens three times that day. He wanted to literally talk On the phone with my actual doctor so that she knew I was paying for it out of pocket. The prescription even said right on it do not replace with generic. The nurse told him she was on maternity leave and he literally said “okay she can call me anytime” the nurse repeated did you just hear what I said. She is not available for three months. The pharmacist would not speak to anyone covering her cases only her.Now my whole year is going to be messed up as well. Now 3 to 4 times in one week every month I will have to go to Walgreens to collect al of my prescriptions. For someone like me that is difficult and I will probably stop taking some if I can not fix it.

This pharmacy USED TO be stellar! I drove out of my way to get our meds. Now, it’s an embarrassment to both Walgreens & good pharmaceuticals. Since August of 2021, I will wait in lines inside for an ETERNITY, despite the large number of workers. They “forget” to refill my script despite the fact I am standing there WAITING for 2 hours. They “lose” my refill (we don’t know where it is!) & AGAIN I need to wait due to their error. I thought I could fare better outside at drive thru. BUT, ? THAT’S EVEN WORSE, despite there being ONLY ONE CAR besides me. I don’t know what happened here, but Im taking our 19 prescriptions elsewhere!!!!!!!!!!!!

The pharmacy here used to be outstanding! As of late it's taken a real nose dive! They have honestly lost my medicine, they forget to refill my meds even though I'm standing there in person waiting for two hours. Hoped drive through may be easier and quicker but learned you wait as long outside running your car wasting gas when there's only one other car in the drive-through. The personnel are now RUDE and HIGHLY CONFUSED. I'm taking our 19 prescriptions elsewhere.
