3.16.24 , I dropped off 2 prescriptions at 1:30 pm. Was told they would be ready between 3:30 and 4:00 pm. I called at 4 and 5 pm , both times I was told my scips weren't ready, so I went there in person, not only were my scrips ready but they were filled at 3:08 pm. NOT GOOD, NOT A HAPPY Customer!!!!

I usually don't go here, but the weather was bad and it was late, so I had the doctor send it here since it's closer. Never again! When I got there I was told it would be an hour and they would contact me when it was ready. They didn't contact me, but it was done in an hour when I came back. The prescription was supposed to be for 10 days, but I ran out after seven days. When I called, they said there was nothing they could do and I would have to have the doctor send in another prescription. Well, I had the doctor send in another prescription, but to Skywalk Pharmacy (my regular pharmacy). Goodbye chain pharmacies. I am sticking to small pharmacies from now on!

I’ve been a customer of Walgreens for the last 8 years straight and have been picking up the same prescriptions for the last 8 years. For the last 9 monthly visits or more the pharmacy is either doesn’t have enough to fill a single prescription of subzolv or they are out of stock. This last visit I had to drive a total of 5 times to fill 3 prescription due to pharmacy not being able to fill prescriptions until the following day, drove back the following day to find out they only had 1 out of the 3 prescriptions ready but there was an insurance issue, drove back the following day to resolve the insurance issue, got the 1 medication that was ready and was told on the same day that they are out of stock of subzolv and would have to wait 6 days which when I originally dropped off my scripts I wasn’t even told this by the employee and any person prescribed to subzolv can get severely sick if not taken for 1 day, drove back again when they received more to find out they were only giving me 15 out of the 65 needed after waiting 6 days, drove back again for the 5th time to finally get my prescriptions filled. There is no reason for this pharmacy not being able to fill a single prescription every single month for 9 or more months and shouldn’t have to drive 5 times to this pharmacy to fill 3 prescriptions and any customer taking a medication where they can go through withdrawal and get sick if not taken a single day should be fully aware that this pharmacy is out of stock and should be aware they are out of stock and will have to wait 6 days .

I bought a $200 gift card for a dear friend and it turned out it did not work from Walgreens on s76th St in Greenfield wi. They said there was nothing they could do about it. They took my money and now they won't give it back. This is very close to a scam. Folks beware of their criminal ways.

Always slow. Always behind. I hate having to come here, but they're a 24/7 store. If Ben is still here, he's a great pharmacist and no nonsense, but they change personnel so often. Most are short, with you, or plain rude. They've run most other pharmacies out of business. I try to use CVS whenever I can.

pharmacy managed, ON THEIR OWN, to change my prescriptions being sent in from generic to brand name, my psychiatrist put in generic and it’s all my insurance covers. Says so on my file yet I was still prescribed name brand and overcharged $203 that I wont get back now. How this even happened is RIDICULOUS. unacceptable. y’all suck.

The pharmacist there is so rude and unsympathetic. My son had a 105 fever and yes my dr messed up the dose but he absolutely refused to fill the script with the correct dose and told me to go ahead and give the dose the dr said. So i am giving an incorrectly labeled med to him and then said if i wanted remainder i need to come back on 16th and that his "system" would not allow him to reverse and fill it for right amount. I told him I would keep the bottle and just wanted the balance and i was willing to pay cash and he was likeit will be an hr and why i am being difficult and creating problems. I ended up calling one of the district managers john and he proceeded to tell me that the other district manager aaron would call me the next day. I knew why i avoided walgreens but unfortunately my regular pharmacy was closed and i had no son. DO NOT GO TO THIS PHARMACY ESPECIALLY IF YOU EXPECT THEM TO CARE ABOUT YOUR SON. APPARENTLY A 105 FEVER AND SICK BABY ISN'T EVEN TO GARNER THIS PHARMACISTS SYMPATHY.

I have been using this pharmacy forever. Dealing with Sara is absolutely rude I dealt with her once I called to refill my son's seizure meds. A couple days in advance which the pharmacy advised me too do. She never put I'm the order. So it wasn't flled. After that my prescription went fine. On Tues I called early got Sara again. I tried to fill it she said I remember you! I said so do I! I asked her if it would be available by Friday morning she said absolutely. I said are you sure? Because, otherwise I will fill it somewhere else. She said yes. I called at noon pharmacy said its available but, we are a little behind. Ok my prescription was called in Tuesday shouldn't be a problem. He said give me 2 hours. I call at 530. I get Sara she said I remember you. I said yes you told me it would be ready at noon. I'm calling to see what's going on he needs his meds at 8. She said well we are far behind I told her I called at noon. You told it would be ready. Otherwise I would go elsewhere. She told me well ok I will have it ready at 8! I told her I said he needs his meds at 8. She said well find another pharmacy laughed and hung up

I was on fire in my car in drive thru while also choking on a delicious Arby’s Big Beef N Chedder. Not only did technician Sarah come out and spray a garden hose all over me to put the fire out, but she also gave me abdominal thrusts to save my life. Then she gave me $20 and season tickets to the Packers and Joffrey Ballet. 5 stars

It took them two days to fill a prescription because they didn't order when they got the prescription. When they told me to come back, it still wasn't ready. Pharmacy staff was horribly rude and when I called them out on it, they said "you can go somewhere else." Yeah, I absolutely will be!

This is the closest 24 hour Walgreens to me, and that is the only reason I even attempt to use it. The pharmacy techs are extremely rude. I also wait 25+ minutes on the phone regardless of what day or time I call-and when they get on the phone with me they are extremely short and rude and abruptly hang up almost every time-so I can’t imagine what takes so long to answer. These problems have been with numerous different staff over the duration of the last year. I wish the Walgreens in Brookfield had 24 hour hours so I could have everything sent there when it falls on the weeks I work.

Never had a problem always like coming here. Their asst Mgr tonight was totally unprofessional. Extreme rude if this is how you treat you customers now I may have to stop going. Please do better or train your managers how to act. Because if he acts like this your employees will also.
