Went to Walgreens drive thru pharmacy at 6:45 one car in front of me. That car left because of no help. Waited 10 more minutes at window, 6:59 the girl puts the sign “ no pharmacist on duty”. We too did not get our prescriptions. Ki was the pharmacist on duty and seems as though he needs more training in customer service.

Pharmacy is understaffed and without a communication or customer service plan for times when they don’t have coverage during their normal pharmacy hours. They accepted my pain management script that I needed filled after day surgery, they said it would be ready in an hour. When my husband went back, the pharmacy was closed. It wasn’t until he was at home that he received a text that they were closing early. I spoke with a store manager who could have cared less in trying to help me. I learned there are laws that prohibit another pharmacy from picking up that script and from the doctor e-submitting a new one. So my husband made a second trip to Dr office to get a new script to have filled elsewhere. Second bad experience with is this Walgreens pharmacy, time to change.

This pharmacy is a joke. They stated they refilled my prescription but never sent it to my doctor. Called 4 times and could never get through to anybody. Unbelievable.

Pharmacist was very rude when I called to ask about my prescription. Then I came to pick up me NEW prescription and was not even asked to speak to the pharmacist..

Went in there tonight. Why are they even open?! Lots of empty space in there where products could be filled. Waste of rent/space,etc. Just a big,empty store compared to any other Walgreens stores that sells all kinds of doo-dads. I won't return.

This Walgreens, mainly the pharmacy is a joke!!! I had multiple prescriptions filled here. When I picked them up they had the wrong address and phone number for me on file. I've had prescriptions filled here before within the last few years and my info has not changed. One of the prescriptions was a partial because they didn't have enough. They never told me that the rest would be ready the next day. Never called, texted or emailed saying the rest was ready for pick up. By the time I remembered they put it back. So I'm out of my co pay and they say there is nothing they can do for me. Idk how they could put something back that I paid for especially when this situation was caused by their lack of communication. I will be using a different pharmacy from now on!!!
