“A local mechanic told me my SUV was totaled due to a couple of isolated rust spots on my frame. The same mechanic told me that it wasn't safe to drive on the highway and that he had never seen that type of rust repaired before. In other words, it was a lost cause and if I would have listened to him, my truck would be in a junkyard.
I called many places and no one would even agree to look at my truck, let alone actually attempt a repair. Pat & Sons did the work though, and for a very fair price. Almost two years and twenty some thousand miles later, my truck is still going strong and showing no signs of needing any additional repair work.

I had a few road hazard issues when I lived in Virginia. The insurance is worth the extra if you know roads are bad. It was not until the second set that I saw how amazing they truly are. I got off of work at 5pm, made it to the store by 5:10, dropped my phone off to get my shattered screen repaired, went home to take a shower, came back at 5:45pm to pick it up and it was ready with perfect glass, screen protector, and new case all for $100.They close at 6 pm. “I had an issue with a bolt for a battery cable that I lost but thought would be no big deal replacing so I went to a competitor of NAPA and leaving with no faith in what they told me went to NAPA. Logan was working and listened to my story looked up several options I purchased what I thought I would be able to rig. Leaving I decided to try the other parts store in town and got absolutely no help or even interest in solving my dilemma.
No one I spoke with had ever seen this type of cable before. I went home and looked at the positive side and realized Logan had shown me the nut on his monitor without either of us realizing it. I returned the original purchase and bought the nut, bolt, washer replacement and the day was saved.
Thank you Logan for you help. You have no idea how much strife it saved me from the next week.”

“My experience was in relation to a mobile Genset driven by a Cummins Natural Gas engine. The work was well done and professional looking when complete. If there is a down side, it's because they are really busy right now. My recommendation for a local supplier of trailer mounted Gensets.”
“I had new tires installed and after driving on the highway the car shook bad. When I called to ask if they could check the balance of the wheels, the lady asked which highway I drove on. I mentioned 141. She told me that they had lots of complaints about that highway being so rough that it was causing the problem. Lol. They did do a rebalance and so far so good. Never heard of such a thing causing an off balance of a tire.”

“I hit my 2nd deer of the year. And after having to wait 4 months to get it back from another dealer we tried Complete Auto Body & Repair. It was the best thing we could have done! They did the estimate and noticed the radiator was leaking. So I wouldn't be able to drive it. They offered me a loaner at no charge. They got everything done in less than three weeks. The other shop took 3 and half months to get parts. The staff is very friendly and pays attention to detail. We highly recommend them!
