“I had a bad exhaust leak coming home from Milwaukee and was really worried about high cost of repair. I called DePere Exhaust and repair and Diane told me to bring the car in at 2pm, when I got there Craig removed the heat shield and told me he could fix it without having to order a new catalytic converter, 25 minutes later I was back on the road. It is always nice to find an excellent and honest business, I will highly recommend them in the future.”

“What separates O’Reillys from their competition, has to be customer service. That seems to be an improvement from when I last visited this location, that they generally will try to help you find what you need. There prices are comparable to AutoZone, Advanced Auto, Napa, etc. But overall, if O’Reillys wants to separate in a very competitive industry, they need to continue to strive on customer service.”

“Had a incendent with my truck so I called around to different auto body shops and was told most of them were out 3 weeks or more to fix my truck except for TJs auto body in Freedom WI I asked if he could fix it in a short amount of time and he was more than willing to take on the job! The same day my truck was damaged i went over for an estimate and was surprised not only how reasonable the cost to fix it but was told to leave it there and he would start on it the same day!!! Four working days later Taylor called me and said my truck is finished and ready to go! When I went to pick it up I couldn't believe the truck was even wrecked, the job he did was above and beyond my expectations, its 100 percent UN- noticeable the truck was ever in a accident ? I highly recommend anyone to take your damaged vehicle to TJs and let them do the job, because with my experience, I'm sure you will not be disappointed! Thank you very much Taylor and God bless ?”

“Needed parts for our Onan RV generator. Thought it needed a thermostat. After talking to Pat, he felt the problem was probably the water pump belt. Bought the belt and John was able to secure a next day delivery on the thermostat. Took the top off the Onan and sure enough the belt was shredded in the bottom of the generator. Working perfectly now! Great service and guidance!”
