“Needed a handful of odds and ends done on a 14 Soul for quite a while but kept putting them off, when finally a serious problem came up that needed attention asap. This dude came highly recommended from another dude who knows what he is talking about, so I made sure to get my car towed to this garage, despite it being quite far from my place. Basically Ben did a complete inspection and I added some random issues I had with the car and when I saw the list of things that needed fixing, it was a decent to-do list. Ben was super cool in talking to me about every little thing and all of my concerns and gripes with how I feel about the car, a good amount of back and forth went on and the dude stayed cool about it the whole time, I didn't want to waste the man's time but he gave me plenty of feedback and options when it came to getting my car back to ready. Long story short, I just let the work do the talking and had it all done, and the Kia has never ran better since owning it. It is pre-owned and it was purchased in a hurry, and it had issues. But after taking it to Integrity years after the fact, the car runs great and way more confident in driving it. And I know that if anything shall arise I will be able to call up Ben at Integrity and figure out what needs to be done. Couldn't recommend a garage more.”

“I walked into Bregstorm to fix a busted charging port, and honestly, I wasn’t expecting much. Right away, they greeted me, offered coffee, and got to work without any fuss. You’ll notice the difference when a place actually cares about your car and your time. They didn’t just fix it; they complimented my 2024 Celestial Type 4 Performance, which honestly made my day.
While I waited, I couldn’t help but check out some of the cars around. There was a small gathering of exotics, and it felt like stumbling into a private show. “Been looking at a vehicle in their lot and decided to go check it out. Right as I walked in, I was greeted right away, and everything was straight to the point. Told them what vehicle I was there to look at and gave them some of my information, and within 5 minutes, I was test-driving the car. Drove the car back, and we proceeded to the next step, which is working with their finance person (Adam).
Now, a bit about my past car-buying experience, is that everything always goes smoothly until it's time to meet with the finance person. They will ALWAYS try to sell you extra add-ons, and if you decline, they will start to get very passive-aggressive. I have had to deal with someone who just completely stops explaining what any of the numbers mean on the contract and tells me to look at the contract by myself, cause everything is right there.
Adam, on the other hand, was the complete opposite. Adam goes above and beyond by going over the numbers on his computer monitor and even showing you his monitor, and then goes over the numbers with you again once the contract is printed out. Adam also doesn't try to sell you anything extra (GAP, extended warranty, paint coating). I wish all my prior finance experience were as good as working with Adam.
I have two other older vehicles that will eventually need to be replaced, and I will be coming back to Tri City Auto for my vehicle needs.”

“I called Greg at Main Street Auto asking about a car on his lot. He answered and was super friendly. He seemed to know a lot about the car I was checking out, which made me happy, and he seemed very trust worthy. My family had driven past the car while he was closed and it looked exactly like it did in the pictures. I called the next day and said I would come by in the morning when he opened. However he wasn't there so we had to reschedule(not a huge deal). Honestly everything else went great. I was able to test drive it for half a day before bringing it back... As well as take it to Tires Plus for an inspection. Greg was super friendly, honest, and easy to work with. I currently own the vehicle and it works great! Highly recommend Main Street Auto. Will be back in the future myself, for sure.”

I had problems with it from day I drove it home called John talk to him said he get it in ... had a rough idle and was bucking at 45-55 miles per hour ... they called said it was done rough idle is gone still has the bucking.. John so far has took care of me we will see if they continue to do so till this issue is resolved so far happy with the service i will keep you to date on if they keep on with the good customer service....10/23/17 update ... “Was having transmission issues so took it into Bergstrom Toyota, they told us we needed a whole new transmission and it was gonna cost an arm and a leg. So I found this place online, was able to get in the very next day and they checked fluids n such. All that needed to be done was a flush/new fluid. Saved us thousands!!
