You pay higher for small town prices, but for the sake of supporting locals they are fairly competitive. Staff is knowledgeable & usually know about their products.

I just moved back to Wisconsin and was in need of some space heaters. When I called the lady that answered was extremely helpful and looked for this particular electric oil space heater I was looking for. She found it and put it behind the counter for me. She also showed me around the store so I wasn't lost in finding a few other items I needed.Customer service is top notch

A+ I had a problem with a new drill I bought there. Instead of making me wait for the manufacturers warranty to repair it they popped open a new drill and exchanged it for me immediately. Awesome customer service!!
