We had called Allis Doors and Windows, looking for an automatic door opener. Abby (the lady in the office), explained that they didn't sell the door openers, that they only sold windows and doors. But, Abby didn't stop there, She proceeded to help me look for a company that DID sell the door opener. I was so impressed by her fantastic customer service that went above and beyond, I told her that we would be looking into buying a door and windows soon also. Approximately 2 months later, I called Abby back and asked for some quotes. Needless to say, yesterday we had one door that is handicapped accessible (threshold), and 5 windows installed. The men arrived at 8 a.m. and worked very hard at getting everything installed. They were finished at 5, without ever taking a break! The Installation team was courteous, very attentive to our needs (we use wheelchairs in home), and very clean. The Installation crew, cleaned the windows and rehung the blinds and drapes for us. I was going to call this a.m. to tell Abby thank you again, but when I turned on my phone, Abby had already called and left a message, to follow up. The Customer service is OUTSTANDING! I am so thankful that I stumbled upon this business!

I recently had an interior door and a storm door installed be Allis. These both were replacing doors I had previously had installed by other contractors. The quality of the previous doors was not acceptable and the installation was sub optimal. We live in a house built in 1947 with a stone facing so aligning doors can be challenging. From the start to finish the Allis team was professional. timely and the installation was excellent with great attention to detail. I would highly recommendAllis.recommend recommend recommend Allis

The project involved enclosing a screened porch with floor to ceiling double hung windows. Ben the estimator is a carpenter by trade. We had specific ideas on what we wanted. Ben walked us through all of the details on the proposed installation and recommended a few changes which we accepted. Ben's visit lasted less than an hour and we had a proposal in hand before he left. Once the windows were delivered the 2 day installation went as planned. The crew was exceptional. Installation was above and beyond expectations. We would recommend Allis windows to friends and family.

We started off with just a front door, and we were so happy with the job they did with that we asked Ben for a quote to take out some windows and put in french doors. Not only were their prices so much more reasonable then others we had gotten, but then service was amazing from beginning to end. We could not be happier with the quality of the product. The crew that installed everything were great, and Ben has been a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. I cannot recommend them enough!

I recently had a storm door and entry door installed by Allis Windows, Doors and more! I’m very pleased!! They were very easy toWork with! John and Steve who installed the door were very professional, and fast! Ben and Abby were also great to work with! Thank you, I will definitely use them again!!

I’m a big fan of being able to support small local businesses and this family operated business will be recommended by me to all my friends and family. Their owner came down and gave me a great quote on a high quality Polaris windows that I’m very happy with. He answered all my questions and when there was a minor scratch on the window during installation they took accountability and got it resolved quickly. That accountability earned my trust moving forward as most companies are not honest like that. If you are looking for windows I’d recommend asking for Tony to give you a quote today. Will be using again for a new door.

We had Allis do our doors and they did a fantastic job. They made sure we were completely satisfied so when we needed new windows we turned to them. Ben came out and really helped with some excellent suggestions particularly for an awning window over a hard to reach over the sink window. The quote we got was very competitive and the product superior.When John and his crew came to do the installation they were absolutely outstanding. Everything in the house was covered with drop cloths and they vacuumed everything as they went. The new woodwork around the windows is absolutely beautiful, cut and mitered perfectly! They were very outgoing, pleasant and wanted to do whatever they could to make sure we were happy with the job. When they got done, Abbey called to make sure that everything was done to our satisfaction. Could not be happier!

First let me start out by saying I love the fact that they are a small family business in the Milwaukee area. Their owner and team were extremely responsive and helpful in all my questions about quoting windows and making recommendations. I had used a competitor in the past who charged a lot more and wasn't as responsive. They offer a high quality product at a price I found to be of great value. They even acknowledged one window had a scratch and they would reorder and replace which was resolved in a couple weeks. So I really appreciate that they owned up to a minor issue and had it resolved. I'm now having them look at doing a new front door for me because I was so pleased with their service and value. Will use again.

It was time to replace an old patio door that just wasn't cutting it anymore. When shopping for someone to do the install I was looking for experience and I was looking for local.I chose Allis Windows.Ben and Abbie took great care of me. Ben showed up, was very respectful of my house, measured my door and informed me that it was a custom size (because, of COURSE it was) and explained my options as well as giving me quotes for both of them with NO PRESSURE.Ben was also excellent at answering my questions and reassured me that everything would work out.On the day of the install, John and Steve arrived on time, were SO GREAT and the install went very well. They didn't even mind my hovering a LITTLE bit and asking questions. I really wanted to see them put the foam between the frame and the wall. I was able to see them work and I am very pleased with my choice. When I win the lottery, I will definitley be calling them for some windows!

This Company is the best I have ever worked with. They sell excellent products and stand with them. They have the best customer service I have ever seen. You may pay a bit more but you will be astonished at the high level of service and product. Highly recommend!

Had damage to storm door from high winds. Their service repairman did an excellent job and did work over and above what was needed. His 34 years of experience was evident. Highly recommend.

I would highly recommend Allis Windows & Doors. The crew, lead by Tony, were very professional and there workmanship was excellent. The installation went smooth, professional and well done. Workmanship could not have been better, the fit and finish and operation of all windows is what you would hope for but we got it!! Job was completed on schedule and we are enjoying the finished project. -Judi & Randy LeBeau
