Recently got my front bumper replaced at Gerber Collision as my insurance company referred me to them. The work was satisfactory. I’m not sure they know WI DOT laws as they kept my front license plate off. I noticed after I arrived home and called to request them find and send me the plate. Still waiting 2 weeks later. Please send the plate!

had a great experience with Gerber Collision. Kathy provided a quick and accurate estimate, and the repair work was completed in a timely fashion. I was kept updated at every step of the process, which made everything completely stress-free. They also coordinated seamlessly with the rental car company, which made the whole situation much easier. Overall, excellent service and highly recommended!

Marvelous job from beginning to end. I called right after opening time just to get a quote for a windshield replacement, anticipating that I'd have to schedule the windshield replacement for a later date as I'd be gone on a camping trip. But upon receiving my quote, I was told the same price that I had paid at safelite last year. The difference however, was literally everything. I got my windshield replaced through safelite last year and had to schedule a couple weeks out before my appointment, and upon arrival, since mobile replacement was almost double the price through safelite, I had to sit and wait in their lobby for just shy of 3 hours. I called Gerber for a quote and was told it was the same price as safelite, but there was no additional mobile replacement charge and they could be out to me later THAT AFTERNOON. I was sold, I had already accepted that I'd be driving on this trip with a cracked windshield and yet Gerber came out later the same day. I am also VERY appreciative that the technicians pointed out what a poor job safelite had actually done, including damage done and rust formation because of safelites poor handling of tools and sloppy technique. So they primed the rust for me as to stop, or at least attempt to stop the damage that the rust caused by safelite had started. If you're considering going to safelite, just don't. There so not one redeeming quality they have over Gerber, hands down. Will never be going to safelite again and will be going to Gerber for any future windshield repairs or replacement every time! Immaculate job all around.

Zack and his team acted quickly to get my truck done on time and it was a surprise to not only get it done earlier than expected but also to get it back detailed and shined up. Also, there were a few extra special touch ups and I couldn’t be happier!

The auto body industry has been hit so hard by COVID regarding parts shortages and labor shortages. My parts took about 9 months to come in - not to Gerber's fault but due to the supply chain - and Gerber was amazing throughout the process and always kept me updated. The wait was well worth it and the work they did on my car is flawless. Kathy who works as a receptionist there is very transparent and honest and kept me updated throughout the whole process. I will never go anywhere else to have auto body work done.
