I worked with Austin at this location, and he was wonderful. I started my morning off with a stressful flat tire, but once I got to site, Austin was able to work with me to get a repair plan that still allowed me to be present at work. Thank you for your calm disposition and problem solving!

Been taking my car here for service since 2016. Service technicians are knowledgeable and list to get the issue corrected (when something goes wrong). Usually just oil changes and tire rotation.

Scott P was extremely unprofessional after I brought up an issue, (that my vehicle didn’t have) right after I brought in my vehicle for regular maintenance. Everyone else had been great, but this experience has me strongly reconsidering coming back.

They took good care of My Vette and did it in a timely manner... I do wish they did emissions testing, but not the case.

Though I hate when that check engine light comes on, I appreciate the staff in the service depth. Shawn, the manager, is always super helpful and takes the time to make sure I know what's going on. Great customer service ??

I had horrible service here a few years ago and vowed to never come back. Then my service advisor I was working with at Braeger, who always gave me great service, moved to Holz so I followed him here. Shawn always is thorough with his explanations, honest, and great with communication. I’ll keep coming back as long as he’s here.

Unfortunately I have lost all faith in GM and have since traded my Silverado in for a Ram. I had several issues with my Silverado and the icing on the cake was when my truck had several lights come on. I called Holz to see about getting the truck in for service. I was told bye a young man answering the phone that all the service writers were busy but he would let one of them know of my situation and someone would call me back ASAP. 3 months later I never received a call back. This is just one of several issues I have had with the two local Chevrolet dealers in my area. Never have I been so disappointed in a manufacturer. I have been a Chevrolet owner most of my life and they have lost my trust and faith in their product once and for all.

Great friendly service everything was completed in a timely manner. I'm very happy with my tire purchase as well as the price for them. I feel safer going into the winter months knowing my tires are new and everything was done right.

Took my corvette in for oil change and complete brake job including new rotors all around. They got everthing done when promised. Checked over the car and found othing else needed. The new brakes feel great and no noise. All staff were friendly and attentive. Great place to go for service!
