We came in to buy out our lease for our vehicle. For something that should have taken an hour, turned into over 3 hours. When the vehicle was being inspected for safety, they realized there was an open recall, from May of 2022, which we were never told about, in addition to the vehicle being in the service department for multiple oil changes during that time. It was a simple 5 minute recall fix. For this careless mistake on their part, not to mention what if the recall was something serious that they missed notifying us about. This is not the first time we have had issues with this service department. Before leaving our salesman said he would "get us something" for our extra trouble. We walked out with nothing!!!!!! Don't tell me you are going to do something than when we leave act as if this was never promised.

Chad iKallies in parts and Chris Martin in service always do a great job!!I continue to have my vehicles serviced at Holz, even though I live out in Slinger, WI, because of the staff and treatment I receive at Holz.

Unfortunately I have lost all faith in GM and have since traded my Silverado in for a Ram. I had several issues with my Silverado and the icing on the cake was when my truck had several lights come on. I called Holz to see about getting the truck in for service. I was told bye a young man answering the phone that all the service writers were busy but he would let one of them know of my situation and someone would call me back ASAP. 3 months later I never received a call back. This is just one of several issues I have had with the two local Chevrolet dealers in my area. Never have I been so disappointed in a manufacturer. I have been a Chevrolet owner most of my life and they have lost my trust and faith in their product once and for all.

I recently purchased a vehicle with Mark and he was amazing. Mark was and very patient and informative and answered all of my many questions. Mark is a rock star ! He was handling 3 customers at once and giving them all 5 star service. Finance did a great job. Thank you for making the vehicle buying process so easy.

I really want to thank my service manager, Justin, who communicated every step of the way to resolve 2 issues with my 2014 Equinox. He is amazing to work with and was able to complete both of these repairs on the same day.

We were there to have my friends car estimated for repair. The service advisor and the service director treated us very poorly! I highly recommend you take your vehicle for service elsewhere. I don't like giving up bad reviews but this place needs to look into its service department because they're very grumpy and extremely rude!I haven't had my two Chevrolet vehicles repaired there because of this! I currently take my vehicles out of Milwaukee for repair!On a good note, the parts person treated me extremely well! John Alexander epitomizes what could customer service is about! Cheerful and you could tell he loves his job! Good job John!

I grew up with a mechanic father who owned his own shop, and I never had to worry about my car maintenance or repairs. But its been a struggle finding a mechanic I could trust since dad retired and set off in his RV a few years ago. Until I found Shawn at Holz! He's amazing! I didn't feel pressured or talked down to, I didn't worry about the cost or time, I wasn't stressed about leaving my vehicles with him at any point, because he was professional, courteous and honest throughout the entire process. I went through two other dealerships before coming to Holz and both were terrible experiences. Shawn calmly and easily led us through the warranty process to ensure the work was covered. He kept us updated through every step and had our daughters car fixed in time for her to leave for her first year of college out of state (in a car I no longer constantly worry about thanks to Holz). I'll never go anywhere else from now on! Thanks to Shawn, you're the best! Holz should give that man a raise!

Even though we had a tremendous amount of work done on our vehicle, the customer service and contactfrom the service manager, Chris Martin, was excellent. More businesses should be that conscientious.

Not sure what is going as of the past 6 months, but communication had been an issue with Holz. I went in for 50k mileage service and got a call at the end of the day that one of the parts needed to complete the job was not in stock and needed to be ordered. They said they would contact me when that part was in. I waited 3 weeks and never received a call. Followed up with them and they told me that the part was in. Same thing happened recently with a safety harness. They needed to order it and no follow up to let me know the part was in. I had to initiate the call. You would think they would be better organized and would follow up with long-standing customers to let them know the status instead of relying on the customers to do all of the work.

Even for someone who recently left the industry after 6 years as a car salesman, car shopping can be somewhat daunting. Mark was recommended to me by a friend and I now understand why. Not only did he do everything he could to make my wife and daughter comfortable throughout the process (very busy Saturday), but; he has truly mastered the art of answering the questions that need to be answered while allowing the customer to make the decision on their own. Warren Buffett once said, “I don’t remember what I paid for my last car but I do remember how I was treated.” We appreciate the way Mark treated us. Would recommend to family and friends.

I had a recall from GM. I called to have the part ordered in mid April. Mid June, I called back and there were no record of the order. I try talking to the manager for service but he was not available. I request to talk to the new car sales manager regarding the issue. She investigate and states that there were no record of the parts being ordered. She starts that she just had her corvettes recall installed and it worked great. She states that she just had the parts order not too long ago. She finally got the ball rolling and got the parts ordered about 2 weeks later. No one claims to know what happened to the original order. I spent nearly 100k for the car but I feel discriminated against. This will be thw last time I will take my vehicle to them. I had referred a lot of friends and family to Holz Motor, thing will change from now on. I feel that they Holz is interested in my money but not taking care of anything there after!

I took my truck and car in for services on Thursday. The truck had a 5 hour recall, along with a couple other of service issues, that I knew would take the entire day. The car was brought in to put on new custom wheels and I used the truck to bring them in the bed. On Friday afternoon I was told the truck was finished but still waiting on the car. 4pm Friday evening, I'm told the the wheels can't be put on because TPMS sensors are not compatible with the custom valve stems. A two hour wheel job, took 2 days and nothing was completed!!! If there was any chance of me having to have no means of travel, on my vacation, then a loaner truck/car should have been made available to me on Thursday morning!!! That is absolutely ridiculous and inexcusable. This is a second terrible experience in a years time, with the first being a blown transmission from a service tech error. I will not be going back here after more than 20 years of using your dealers service.

This is the 2nd car purchase in just over a year that we have had Judy Leach as our sales associate. Car buying has a reputation along the lines of getting a root canal, but not with Judy. Nothing gets her frazzled, and she really takes the time to listen and meet your needs. She doesn't push to make the highest sale, but the RIGHT one that left me very satisfied.Naomi in the finance department was efficient and handled everything with very little of my time required. I recommend Holz Motors based upon these two highly competent and friendly employees.And ya, I think the car I bought is pretty cool too!
