Very nice helpful sales woman. Took time showing my wife anything she wanted to see.Made great recommendations based on what my wife was looking for. Never felt rushed or "pushed" to purchase anything. My wife has been using Merle Norman cosmetics for over 20 years now. I will admit it is more expensive than drug store or department store cosmetics, but it is so much better in quality and lasts longer too so in the end it is a better buy for your money. We will be back.

Great makeup and friendly service! I needed a whole new makeup palette and didn't know where to start. I got a makeover done by this one lady, Kelly, and it looked fabulous! Just what I was looking for! So I bought the mascara, eyeliner, blush, and 3 eye shadows. Since then I've gone back to buy more mascara and another cheek color. Highly recommend

I just needed to share my one on one experience. The owner went out of her way when I popped in for 2 quick products. She matched a concealer for me with a few good pointers. We talked about masks and how often and when to use them. My favorite was a card she gave me that provided a step by step care routine, her words "sometimes we get products we haven't tried before and are not sure when and how to use them, this will help". This card is now in my bathroom cabinet and I now use my products in the right order and am blown away at the positive results I am already seeing in my skin. So incredibly nice and I plan to keep on returning!

Crystal started my derma planing for my wedding next year! And my face already feels softer and more even already! She’s so educated and makes sure you are too for the best results for your skin! I won’t see anyone else ever again!! Amazing!

I love the no pressure, pleasant customer service in a very clean store. I can try products before I buy, but after trying others, I always tend to go back.
