Bad - I did a pick up order and half my items were missing. I called and they had them but were not with my other items. This is supposed to save me time and it was anything but that because I had to go back and pick up the missing items.I wanted to try out the pickup option vs Walmart and right now Walmart is much better. I may try one more time but really half my order. Plus yes it was raining but cover the things so the boxed items don’t get soaked.

Great employees for the most part Holly and Chai at the front desk always say hello and have a smile on their faces. However Jerid in produce is dangerous, his awful attitude combined with his use of drugs on the clock makes for an awful experience whether you’re an employee or customer. It makes me wonder what kind of manager would allow that kind of behavior at the store. I would highly recommend shopping at any other pick n save location.

FYI: Anyone who has a pickup order they changed the pickup location spots this morning. You'll need to go around to the North side of building. This location always has what I ordered in stock, unlike the 76th and Coldspring location.

Picknsave has gone way downhill. My father used to swear by Kroger back in the day then they moved out of Wisconsin and now they're back purchasing Pick n Save stores. The prices have gone crazy and their products are pathetic especially their meat hamburger and beef are terrible. hamburgers all Grease I will pay the little bit extra and shop at Festival. And Festival goes out of its way to help its customers even carry an umbrella when it's pouring rain outside to cover the customer I am so impressed with festivals customer service picknsave can never get anywhere near close to this , they're just to all about commercial. And the commercials are pathetic

Goodbye, Pick n' Save, or Kroger's or whoever you are now. Chasing deals with your app is a waste of my time, and you've completely lost me with your high prices, lack luster service, and soulless brand experience. We have so many great Wisconsin and national based chains here that totally excel where you are failing. You may think you're, "low, low, low" but for me you're, "go, go, go."

I wonder how often a negative review drives business up but when I read "Little B's" review below, which is really brilliant writing by the way, I just HAD to come here. And you know what? Little B was sharpshooter accurate. The two main problems are intertwined. First, they are woefully understaffed, long, slow lines. Even for hire-the-customer-without-pay checkout (I think they call it "self-checkout," which to me means looking at yourself up and down salaciously in a mirror). The employees suffer from low morale, if it were just one worker with a defeated and tired attitude I would chalk that up to personal trouble. When it's a whole store, a whole chain, a whole industry, then it's a social issue. By the way, I just snuck in a little C. Wright Mills on you. Still, I've been in worse Pick'N Saves, like the one on National. By the way, they closed and razed that one. Still, the reviews are pretty entertaining.

Terrible! The pharmacy here is utterly useless, overcharges people over twice their co-pay and is very rude. Go to Walgreens or anywhere unless you want to wait two days and have to drive many miles out of your way to another location to get a common ointment AND then pay more than double your co-pay. When I questioned the amount of the copay the pharmacy salesperson said the ointment costs over $500. (Which was untrue as Walgreens, CVS, and Meijers all stocked it for $300) - as if the actual amount of the co-pay had some relation or had anything to do with the amount of the co-play!! Then she informed me I could "either take it or leave it." So rude!!I will never go there again - this is no way to treat customers!!

I was at this store on Friday Dec. 16, 2022. I noticed the sign up above a gondola rear end of 4x Fuel Points on Friday. I take out my phone and wait for it to turn on to reach to scan the QR code. Then I had to download the app to clip the coupon to my Rewards Card. I was not sure of my password, but I did guess right to log into my account to clip the coupon, which I did and showed in my coupons, along with 4 other coupons I clipped the night before. After checkout, the 4 coupons I clipped the night before registered, but not the 4x Fuel Points. In trying to call Kroger Headquarters is no good, as they are so busy with other complaints that being on hold is ridiculous!

The young children that work here don’t really understand customer service & how to assist shoppers in a considerate manner.

This is my usual grocery store and normally it is good but I needed to grocery shop at night for a trip up north. The only place to check out was self check. It was a little ridiculous trying to do self check out with $120 worth of groceries....The line backed up since it took me awhile. Should have gone elsewhere. Guess I know better for next time.

Went to the seafood counter and was waiting quite a while, finally I threw a lemon that was on top of the display case and hit the window to get someone's attention. A younger girl with glasses came out and asked if I needed help, my reply was "that's why I'm standing here". I asked why the long wait she said complain to the manager and they will look at the film. Then she went back to the back room and left me standing there. Before I was going to go back there myself and help myself, a gentleman who was doing inventory on the coolers down from the seafood area finally came over to help. I went to the front desk to complain, and got the standard answer.. I felt I was looking at the deer in the headlights.
Then after complaining to her, the other male manager was there, who did not say squat to me when he was about 20' away from me while I was still at the seafood counter when this was happening, asked the girl I complained to what was wrong, why didn't he step up when I was there? spineless ????
