Not all UPS Stores charge the same. I recently had the Racine UPS Store quote me to ship a package and it was $36. This Hales Corners store quoted me $46. I asked the employee why it was so much more and if all UPS Stores would charge the same. He informed me that they should be. I ended up shipping a smaller package with them for $24 which I thought was high as well. I went to Racine and shipped the large one for $36 and had them quote the small one. $20 was what they quoted. These stores are independently owned and some of them over charge their customers so it's best to shop around.

I needed to ship a very special care package to a good friend and wasn’t sure the best way to send it. I went to the UPS store knowing I would get great service and I was not disappointed. Josh was patient and so good about explaining all of my options. He also custom made my box so that the contents would be secure and protected as I had one breakable item enclosed. He made the whole experience stress free and pleasant. I couldn’t have been more thrilled.

What a joke mailed a key to ilinois .17 bucks with a small envelope. A key for 17 bucks . . Ups is a joke. Go to fed x or USPS

The staff is a mix of people who either are so clueless, that they have communication issues, or they cop a rude attitude because we're dropping off an Amazon return. The old guy is especially snarky without provocation. If other UPS Stores weren't so far away, we would avoid this place like the plague.

I love coming here because they are well staffed and have excellent service. The location is super convenient! They also gave my 2-year old daughter a sticker last time we visited and it totally made her day :)

The staff of young women who work here (often Saturdays) are some of the rudest people. They act like you're supposed to know all of their little unwritten rules and processes. They'll cop an attitude because you were supposed to "set the box HERE, not THERE." They come off as irritated, bothered by your presence, and unwilling to do little tasks that are part of their job. I recently mentioned a bad experience I had at this place to my husband (who is a very quiet, passive type of guy). He tells me he recently had the same issues here and even got into an argument with one of the girls behind the counter! That's so out of character for him. There are certainly issues with this business when both of us have had multiple and separate (yet similar) bad experiences. I hope UPS investigates this place and deals with the rampant attitude problems.
