Ben at the Verizon store in Hales Corners was so very helpful with the issues we had with our phones. Very happy with his professional guidance with our phone He went out of his way to help two seniors that don’t know what they are doing. So very appreciative!!!

Travis was amazing. He was so patient with us. He was competent, friendly, and so helpful. We spent quite a bit of time with him. He was a joy to work with. We would come back to see him if we would have a need for a new phone in the future.

Had excellent service from Todd today! He was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and efficient as I got set up with a new phone. He also had several great suggestions for the other potential upgrades on our plan. I will definitely be coming back to this location to work with him on future phone needs!

My experience at this location was absolutely atrocious. Bray had about as much personality as a brick wall and seemed to be inexperienced at his job as a cellphone salesperson. Not only did he misinform me by saying that it was impossible for his store to help me transfer my google phones data to a new iPhone, but he also “guaranteed” in a contract with me that my phones trade in value was $440. Upon arrival to pick up my new iPhone at the store a few days later, I was informed by Jeffrey that his store could in fact transfer over my old phones data, in which he did. Everything in the transaction was going smoothly until Jeffrey informed me that my guaranteed trade in value was a mistake, in which he lowered the value from $440 to $100. I showed and informed Jeffrey that his store guaranteed in a contract that I was to receive $440, but that didn’t seem to matter. After two long phone calls and a brief discussion with his extremely unhelpful and unwilling to talk to me supervisor, Jeffrey informed me that there was nothing he could do as giving me the “guaranteed” deal would be taking money out of his own pocket. Obviously experiences may vary, but I for one would recommend being cautious in using this location because the staff clearly demonstrated to me that their word means nothing and that they require significantly more time in learning how to perform the duties of one of the worlds toughest jobs, the cellphone salesperson.

Dani helped fix a port in issue that another store screwed up. Our first few days on Verizon started off stressful, but now we are happy. She was very professional and empathetic. This will be our go to store from now on.

I drove 45 mins to come to this location because it’s where I’ve gotten my phones in the past and let me tell you they do not disappoint Alyssa the sales rep there is absolutely amazing I spent close to 2 hours there and it was the best experience I’ve ever had in customer service! Highly recommend this location if you looking for amazing people and great customer service!!! 100/10

Rebecca went out of her way to come in an hour early before the store opened to help us set up new phones! She was extremely friendly and amazing! She helped set everything up on the new phones and changed our plan for us! I highly recommend making an appointment/or seeing her in Hales Corners on Saturdays!

Worked with Todd one of the managers there. Went out of his way to help me with a phone turn in and get a discount. Great guy and made buying the phone painless. Phone broke 30 minutes before closing and he couldn't of been nicer despite staying after his shift ended. Best cell phone store experience i ever had

I worked with Todd the manager. This is someone who clearly has a wealth of knowledge and experience. I have never had a more enjoyable and straight-forward experience. If you have had negative experiences with phones in the past, ask for Todd and look no further.

Nathon was great today 12/6/20. Simple visit but as always he was very helpful. He helped me greatly on August 30,2020 when I switched providers and helped me save from the nightmare of Sprint. He’s really genuine and really knows the Verizon product. He doesn’t try to sell the product but gives knowledge of what he knows and what he’s learned within Verizon. Also given feedback on other previous providers he worked with and always comes back to Verizon. He has help me put me at ease in regards to my phone and coverage and reception. I am very grateful to have met him and that he continues to provide the support to other people. Thank you again Nathon.Sandra

Jon-Mark did an awesome job explaining all of my phone options and money saving offers. Shane was also very friendly and helpful. Both are very informative and I highly recommend that you come and see them for any of your cellular or Verizon needs. You can even get a free iPhone when u add a new line!

I recently purchased the new iPhone 12 Pro and moved my service from US Cellular to Verizon. When I got to the store, I asked Louis, my rep, for the 12 Pro with 128 GB. The rep said it was in stock and we proceeded forward with the purchase. After all my data was transferred and the purchase was nearly complete (2 hours later), I noticed he gave me the 256 GB version. I asked why, and he said "well we don't have the 128 GB in, and if you want a phone today, this was all they had." That was pretty unacceptable, but I was fine with the 256 GB plan and to move forward.Then when I asked what options were available in the $199 deal for accessories that came with my phone, he pushed 4 items. I thought of those items to be my only options only to later discover I could have picked many more options that were available. I even asked if these were my options to choose from, and he replied yes. When I realized there were more options, I tried to exchange for something different that was at a higher price point. Because the transaction was already finished, he said I would now have to pay the difference. That isn't acceptable and seemed to be a bait and switch type of maneuver. Not acceptable and not a way to treat a new customer of Verizon.
