If you were trying to reach the Pharmacy plan on getting hung up on anywhere between 15-30 times. It's Ridiculous it's been going on for months now and has been brought to their attention and nothing changes

Spent several days not being able to get ahold of anyone from pharmacy. Would get disconnected every time. Physically had to go to this Walgreens to put refills in only to be told that my cardiologist did not exist in their system (even though he has been my doctor for 4 years.) Took 8 days to get 2 prescriptions filled and still waiting on others. If you can avoid this location please do.
Update, after being assured this morning all of the missing medications would be ready this afternoon they were not.
Magically the phones to the pharmacy stopped working again sometime between this morning and afternoon.
When I arrived I was told 2 of the medications were not there and needed to be delivered from their distribution center. I was annoyed, raised my voice and Magically the 2 medications that they were waiting to be delivered were there the whole time. Again I would strongly recommend using a different pharmacy.

Not Sure how many chances I can give Walgreens, most times I go through the drive-thru the Pharmacist has been rude, it's disappointing because my family has been going to Walgreens for many years but seems like lately the customer service hasn't been good and I just keep going back when people have suggested other places I'm seriously going to consider somewhere else it's unacceptable!

I tried 3 times to get through to the pharmacy and it has me wait and then disconnects. I tried many different ways and I can not talk to anyone. This is incredibly frustrating.

I have been using this pharmacy for years. It was ok before but it is horrible now. I have had issues every month getting my refills but today was the final straw for me. When you bring a customer to tears because of incompetence when handling medications that people rely on it’s just too much. By looking at most recent reviews, at least I know I wasn’t alone. It’s simple, this pharmacy sucks and needs to close till they get their act together!!

I came into the pharmacy drive thru at 7:58 with 1 car in front of me. While I was waiting, it turned to 8:01. I watch the pharmacists inside throw a "closed" sign in the window as I pulled up. I have a busy schedule and I needed that medication. If the staff would like to leave early, they should change their hours. Or at least for pharmacy they should state you need to be there by a certain time so staff can leave by 8:00?

John is by far the best pharmacist - he knows me when I walk in which is crazy given the number of customers they have. He's also amazing at explaining prescriptions and their side effects, why a particular drug may have been ordered for a particular condition, etc. He's genuinely interested in your health and well being!

You don't want to depend on Walgreens for important prescription medication, they overwork their pharmacists and they understaff. But for the non-drug sundries you want from a drug store, this one is okay. Shelves are stocked, the place is clean and well lit, there's enough space to avoid the many sick people who come in here (though I would mask up in cold and flu season). Not enough parking here when busy. One of the few places left that sell newspapers.

John the pharmacist IS the best with an incredible memory of customers. Fast, efficient, knowledgeable - very good communicator. Rest of store always clean and organized, staff attentive except for the occasional loafer that every retail store will be stuck hiring these days just to meet headcount requirements. Convenient location near grocery, retail and food stops we frequent.
