Waited for area outages to drop from 4k to 25 in the area before I called. Power at the neighbors house behind me, finally got through to some lady who questioned me about my how I know the power is out if I'm not here, well Karen because my network and everything in my house is dead, rudly told me someone is dispatched and then hung up on me. No evidence of anyone from the company being onsite here to resolve the outage no eta to information whatsoever, down 48 hours no with no end in sight. I'm sure the owner of this company won't reply as they don't care, clearly demonstrated by responding to only the sole positive feedback below. I pay 300 to 600 a month in electric for this place and that is all they care about, I will be demanding a bill credit for this and the $300+ in wasted food from this outage, this is completly unacceptable.

There was an outage. I called right away and received a recording that they were aware of the outage and working on it. I called an hour later for a time frame since I work from home and I was told the team was just leaving to try to find the issue. Very poor communication. Please don't say you are working on it when the techs weren't even called yet because you wanted to wait for business hours. They did get on again so I thank you for that!

This place is such a joke - total monopoly! They take advantage of their customers and don’t think twice about it. They charged us more to get power to our new garage than they did when we built our house 6 years ago. We also never received a contract before they started to do the work. Needless to say, we were floored by the amount they were charging us when we’re in the end going to give them MORE business. I called to complain and they have zero sympathy. All they care about is money. Absolutely horrible!! Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!

They perform as a bureaucratic government monopoly would be expected to. If we dot all our I’s and cross our t’s and pay all their fees and adjustments, then everything will be fine. Bottom line is that total monthly power bills in neighboring Minnesota are notably cheaper than this place charges- all else equal.

We sleep with fans on. When my family woke up at 2:30 am we had no idea what was going on! By the time we realized we needed to figure something out for showers n power for school n work that morn, we looked outside and had workers here already to fix the issue!! They come in the night not knowing if we called in or the company just sent them out, will people be dazed n angry by the disturbance in the night? They come n fix it promptly and leave without a thank you!

I had them for over 25 years. They always got their money but sometimes without notification they would suddenly threaten to cut my power because they said a bill wasn't paid. It might have been a few days late. I had a half mile border that they wanted to use and when they took it, they cut down 60 year old sugar maples , black berry and rasberry bushes, and left an awful mess on my property. This place is horrible and I'll never forget or forgive what these people subjected me too. I hate this place.

This company is a joke. If I had a choice I would switch electric companies. They are unreasonable. They tried scam me out of money. They do not work with you at all and they do not care about anything but getting money that they can not explain. I Set on the phone with these people for over an hour and it took me going to their office and reporting them to their corporate office and the BBB before they reasoned with me to pay my actual bill.

Literally thee worst. Talked to customer service about making arrangements to supply paperwork for a new account and after two days they shutoff service. They Taped a note to the door while I was at work and shut off the power in the winter time, called in and wanted to charge me 700$ to reconnect. Literally the worst customer service I’ve ever seen.
