“This a family owned business and you can tell. I was traveling home from St. Paul with my family back home to Michigan and my van broke down with 5 people and a 2 month old. When I called they were very busy with repairs but wanted to get off the road quickly because it is so dangerous. They were not able to repair my vehicle but the tools is to Flagstar Ford dealership near by and called the dealership ahead to see if we could be serviced! They brought out TWO trucks to take my family and I to the dealership. That is a true family culture. Please use them if needed. They were really accommodating. Thank you!”

“My experience with these guys happened about 6 months ago but it was such a positive experience I swore I had to leave a review. I got into Baldwin WI at about 9 pm with an air bag that was leaking pretty good. I assumed I would never find a shop Will to work on my truck at that time of night but found these guys on a Google search and decided to call anyway. To my surprise they said come on in we'll get it fixed. They got me in and out a new air bag in, in pretty short order. Once done I tried to back in under my trailer to hitch up but found the locking jaw in the 5th wheel locked shut. Went back into the shop now near closing time and explained my problem. Again much to my surprise they said pull it back in. They pulled the 5th wheel off and looked it over. They wasn't able to fix the 5th wheel without ordering a kit but they was able get my 5th wheel temporarily working again allowing me to make my delivery the next morning. Ultimately they saved my delivery and kept me from having to cancel all my loads for the upcoming week. These guys was friendly and went well beyond what most shops would go for that time of night just before closing. If Im ever in need of emergency repairs while in the area these guys are who I'm gonna call. AND thier price was decent as well. I definitely DID NOT feel ripped off and abused as some shops leave you feeling.”
