We saw the ad for free grand opening knife sharpening. Er decided to stop in with 2 knives. I asked ( the very rude, and pre- occupied) sales woman if the special was still going on. She loudly asked if we had the coupon. I replied that I was unaware that one was needed. That o thought it was promotional. I asked if maybe the store had a coupon and she basically yelled at me that I needed to pony up $7 / or move on. Which we did. Horrible customer service! So many other games around this town! Never again.

Happy to have Hahn Ace Hardware & Rental in Hartford. They have an excellent selection of plants/flowers, as well as lawn supplies. They have one of the largest selections of plants/flowers we've found at an Ace Hardware store. We've been really happy with the selection and quality. They also are great to have for our quick hardware store needs. Highly recommend this location!
