I have banked here for years. It is a great local bank where they know your name and are a pleasure to bank in person. I avoid their ATM as the menus are terrible, and it usually takes two tries. It asks you if you want to enter your preferences every time, and even if you do, it does not remember your choices. I hate having to keep answering if i speak english!! It is obvious they never use their own ATM or they would change it. I have another bank and use their ATM all the time, so it's not like I'm techtarded!

I have kept funds here for years- but lately they’ve REALLY changed- and NOT for the better!! They’ve relocated a number of employees that I’ve really grown fond of and their hours of operation have really been reduced! I’m just wondering why they did that when the 3 other financial facilities have actually INCREASED their hours- either by drive thru or actual walk-in.. especially since this Covid crapola has subsided- we have gone elsewhere for a heloc because of their rates being the highest of the 4 facilities..debating about pulling out completely but concerned that could possibly hurt our credit rating…

I opened up my checking account when I first began working. years ago. Some years later Associated bought the bank my account was at, and wow, have things changed! I've had other people's payroll deposits put into my account(who would have thought it was hard to give money back??), and other people's cell phone bills deducted from my account (even harder to fix). I can't set up my account online because they claim their system doesn't recognize my account, and now I can't even use their automated voice system without waiting for a representative for the same reason. Perhaps they should stop acquiring other banks and try taking care of the customers they already have!!!!!!!The people working behind the counter are great, but one of the "higher up: folks is not--Go with an actual local bank, or a credit union--Associated is the pits
