Went to Aurora for a colonoscopy. Not one of the enjoyable things in life. The staff made everything go excellent from pre-checkin to completion. Nursing staff was very caring, explained everything, and made you feel like you were actually being “cared for”.

The nurses who took care of me, specifically Tilly, Angie, Jill and Gina were phenomenal! They were all so incredibly kind and caring to this parent who was very nervous. What a great Team they have there!

I went in for a colonoscopy, and everyone on the team treated me great. Answered any questions I had, and they were all so friendly and personal.

We love the Doctors and staff, except for the billing department. They try to add services to the bill that were not done. Then will not fix it. I don't do any business on line

Had a very good experience being treated there. Staff, nurses and physician were excellent!I know the outside doesn't look like much, but the inside is very clean and modern.

had two outpatient procedures done at Hartford Hospital Surgicenter.all of the care and guidance starting with a call from one of the nurses the week before to the person who escorted me out of the door after l was dismissed were of the highest quality possible.I am now 100percent consumer of health care....but had til l retired been an active RN for over 40 years so am very aware.

Spent four days there,the whole staff was terrific, Ashley,Julia, Abby etc...wish I could name everyone,first class people and helped me out a great deal, thank you to everyone!

if I could give this place a 0 star I would. came here two times for severe pain in my stomach and they didn’t care, wasted my time and sent me home 5 hours later. there was this one nurse that doesn’t know how to draw blood and hurt me. the nurses are absolutely rude. I asked for an ultrasound to make sure I’m okay and got told “nope you’re going home”. wth. will be finding a new hospital.

Trying to get an update on my aunt, but nobody has answered x4. To me this is unacceptable as im her ride home especiallybeing almost 2 am. This time hasnt been the first time. Somethings has happened with myself or a loved one.

Hartford hospital is very slow and have very rude attitudes and don’t really show that they care about their patients. I really don’t recommend coming to this hospital at all. The ER doctors really don’t care and either do the nurses. Also sanitation is not the greatest either. Had someone with a broken glove taking my blood.

The employees were all very friendly and helpful..from the lady that cleaned the room to the surgeon/Dr and front desk. They were all very good to my Uncle.
