“We needed a new battery and rear wiper for our van. We went to Advance Auto Parts in Hartford, WI. They tested our battery and then gave us three choices for new batteries. They removed our old battery and put the new one in and then replaced the rear wiper. There was no extra charge for installation or getting rid of the old battery. We were very happy with the courtesy and efficiency. It was a very easy process. Would definitely recommend them to anyone. The price was over $100.00 less than we got quoted at a repair garage.”
“They have a full blown machine shop in the back of the store. I took a couple of front spindles in at like 2pm to have new wheel bearings pressed on for the car I’m fixing up for my newly licensed daughter. I wasn’t expecting to get them back the same day, but I barely made it home before they were done. I’m super handy with vehicles and will be using them from now on for any machining needs I have and their prices are fair too.”
“This place is good for a trailer option. They have a good selection that's why we drove over 2 hours from Chicago to buy one. They have a lot of different kind of trailers, we bought a Karavan utility trailer 6x10, the price was very good. The customer service was awesome with quick response for all of my question, and the transaction with all documents went so well and quick, everything was ready when we came to pick it up. Highly recommend this place if you want to buy a trailer. Love this place.”
“Good place for higher quality auto parts the pros use so it stays fixed. Private owned, not corporate store. Smaller inventory but they can get what they dont have fast. The online order for in store free pickup is great and often the best price in the area for what I want.”

Of course, right as the heat wave started, my AC on my 2013 Chevy Tahoe with 277,000 miles on it didn't do the job and couldn't keep up with the hot temperatures.
Adam was a Godsend and was so kind from the moment I walked in, not like his disgruntled co-workers, clearly hating their job or projecting their life's downfalls on others.
Adam was very knowledgeable and didn't push a higher product on me. He then showed me a video on how to recharge my AC and I was back in business with COLD air coming through my vents!
