“I had issues with a loud exhaust and took my vehicle to another local shop and was quoted over 2k to fix my 2005 Toyota Camry exhaust. Took it to Westside and it cost me $270. The next day o got an oil change at Valvoline and the techs asked me who did my exhaust. I told them Westside and they said it looked like the weld job came from the factory they did such a good job. I will definitely be a returning customer!!”

“Took my car here to get an tuneup and replace my catalytic converter and I have no complaints. I will say honestly it did take a little while to get my car fixed but that’s because he is by himself and no employees. Not only that he went above and beyond to fix my car. This was my first time taking my car to Eddie and he fixed what needed to be fixed and I will be back. I have a hard time trusting people in this business but Eddie is affordable and trustworthy. “I just left D&D after another fix on my 2008 Honda Civic -- which is only running because D&D have kept it in fighting shape, and I need to share something...
I've been going to D&D for over 16 years, 10 of which were while my family and I lived in Hartford (where D&D is located), four while we lived approx. 40 minutes away in Menomonee Falls, leading up to the current time where we live in Cedarburg.
Full transparency, in this time we have tried other automotive services, but none, NONE offer the quality of care, culture or professionalism that D&D has.

And I see the few less-than-stellar reviews, but they just remind me of my own biases. I've been demanding and wanted service and turnaround times that fit my schedule, but then I'm reminded...
...an in-demand auto service center gets busy, and some work I (who is not an automotive technician) wish got done quicker, takes time.
And you will always be thankful for the time D&D takes because for issues that other places have taken advantage of my urgency, panic and ignorance, D&D have chosen to be ethical and honest EVERY SINGLE TIME.
Fixes only cost what they need to, and I've never been take advantage of.
How do I know?
I've asked automotive technicians within my social circles, and they've been in awe of the work D&D has done, and the transparency with which they conduct business.
Whether you're local (Hartford, WI) or 40+ minutes away, if you can get to D&D, it's worth the drive because you'll be hard pressed to find people with the talent, integrity and experience you'll get at D&D.
