I purchased a used Mach E from them, and I have had several opportunities to have the car serviced for TSBs and updates and every time I go there both CJ, the customer service representative, and Frank, the service manager, have gone well beyond my expectations. I have had a chance to speak to the tech working on my car, I have had personal attention from the service manager and CJ is always pleasant and helpful. Yes, the shop is busy, and I imagine they, like everyone else, don't have the staff they might like, but I have had excellent treatment from everyone there. I would highly recommend their service department to anyone!

new car from at the first oil change they told me the tires were shot and the brakes were bad. It only has 5000 miles on it. Does that make sense to you? I'd say they're a bunch of lion cheeks.

I had 3 recalls and made an appointment. I had to wait 2 weeks just to get it in. Finally I dropped it off and they said it might take a whole day but I could get the next day. So of course they called after first day and said could they keep it for the night but I could have it the next day at 10 am. No one called until 4pm. Now they don't have the parts to fix the vehicle and they need to keep it for 2 more days. WTF. The people at this location are very incompetent and have no idea how to treat customers. I recommend staying clear of this dealership. They should have never taken my car if they didn't have all the parts. I'm so mad. They act like it's no big deal to hold on to someone's car for days at a time.

Most disapointed in the product and the dealership. 2015 Explorer purchased new. I purchased all the extras. Service plan and rust protection. The Ford product is of low quality, many recalls and the thing is just falling apart. Ewald refused my rust claim on the lift gate. Stated I did not have a anual review done. The service department is sub-par in my standard. The web link is less than user friendly and difficult to get any message delivered other than "Scheduled Maint". The personal is non responsive and the staff under trained. They don't bill that way but I had my auto returned to me after some tire work missing lug nuts! My advice is find a different dealer if you purchase Ford. I will NEVER do business with the dealership again

Service is terrible plain and simple. Three strikes and they are out. Strike one, I had our Mustang towed their after it wouldn't start and the lady I spoke with said they would look at it tomorrow. After three follow up calls they finally looked at it week later with an additional three to fix the fuel pump. Strike two, took the Mustang back for an oil change last month and the "Service Coordinator" Theodore not only couldn't figure out how to remove the key from the ignition with a toggle switch, but couldn't operate a manual transmission and killed it twice before being removed from the drivers seat, Today strike three. I made an appointment for an oil change two weeks ago for 3:20pm. I arrived at 3:10pm and once again here's good old Theodore behind the counter handling the check in and telling me to have a seat in the lounge. At 4:40pm Theodore strolls in and tells me that they don't have time to even look at my vehicle because they are "overbooked and under staffed" but I can make another appointment. Not a chance. I made an appointment, left work early to make the appointment and I sat in the lounge for an hour and a half without anyone even moving my vehicle. To top it off I heard another customer say he just snuck his work truck in for an oil change, very suspect. If this is their idea of customer service, stay clear!!!

I went new car shopping. Arrived at Ewald Ford in Hartford. The salesperson Justin was very high strung and seems preoccupied with other things. I want to purchase a 2021 Ford Bronco Sport. The listed price was 31k. The salesperson advised me of many hidden "add on" items like wheel locks $119 (advanced auto $29), Xylon paint protection $1200 (car wax $20), upholstery protection $600.... The final price $35k. The dealer wanted to increase profitability by adding Accessories the customers Do Not want BUT WILL NOT SELL the car without paying these extremely over priced items. NOTE: none of these items were currently on the vehicle! I asked I don't want those items and I will not pay for them!!! I was advised I cannot purchase that car without first purchasing those items with the vehicle.... What a joke!! Buyer beware of Ewald Ford. Don't bother and don't waste your time! Go to Uptown Ford in Milwaukee. Why pay for things you don't want to have on your car!!!!

The service department's employee turnover explains the inability to provide quality service and sustain a positive customer relationship. Everybody has an excuse as to why service can't be performed properly and in a timely manner.
