No respect for patients time. Things never move fast at the doctors office, but this was a ridiculous experience, especially since I was there for my sick child. I had an 11:30 appointment. Arrived 15 minutes early as requested by the staff. Wasn't taken back until 15 minutes after my appointment time. Waited in the room for the doctor (who was very nice and helpful) for 5-10 more minutes. Had to go for labs, so we waited for someone to show up at the desk for 10 minutes, when they came out they said they had to check on what was ordered. Waited for another 10 minutes and they were nowhere to be found, so I just left. All in, I spent an hour just waiting on staff in this facility and didn't even get to do the labs ordered by the doctor. Very disappointing, and incredibly disrespectful.EDIT: also wanted to add, it wasn't even busy!!! There were 5 cars in the lot when I arrived, and only one other person in the lobby. They were just making appointments, not even waiting to be called back.

Tried getting my daughter in for an appointment when she was only home for a brief time from college and received absolutely no assistance with trying to get her in. The admin answering calls did not even ask what was going on with her to understand the urgency.

Dr.Akiya is a great doctor. Went to a shoulder specialist for pain in my right shoulder and they didn't know what it was. Dr. Aikya had my blood tested and it was Lymes disease. If it wasn't for him I probably would of still gone miss diagnosed. Can't thank him enough.

This clinic has wonderful staff, caring, hard hard-working doctors and nurses, but the lab staff is rude and unprofessional. She was very rude and abrasive and yelled at me in front of another patient for coming into the lab without an appointment. I actually had stopped in to drop off my lab order and there were only 2 cars in the entire clinic parking lot, so I asked if I could get in. The front office staff said no problem and sent me back to the lab. The phlebotomist actually yelled at me three times about not having an appointment for the lab work and told me never to return again unless I had an appointment. In addition, I highly allergic to all adhesives and the phlebotomist confirmed this. She put a bandaid on my arm so quickly that I did not see her do it and caused a significant allergic response. She tied the stretchy coban dressing on my arm so tightly that it ripped off the skin in 3 areas. I do not have fragile skin and this has never happened to me before. After telling my health care provider what happened, she urged me to call Froedert and file a complaint. I contacted the lab supervisor and left her a messege but she never responded to my call and it has been 4 weeks.

Today was my turn at the Covid-19 vaccination clinic. These folks are ready for this with an entire clinic area set up with signs, seating, check-in window and they're ready for action. Check-in was fast and efficient, including a temperature check. Chairs are socially distanced and an associate was disinfecting chairs. I arrived 15 minutes early, it is all but required when you make an appointment. It was a good thing I was early because they were ahead of schedule (I told you they were efficient!) and I was ushered right in. A guide walked me back, which was good, otherwise they'd have to put cheese at the end of the maze. With the efficiency of a NASCAR pit crew, two nurses and a manager who happened to come into my room double-checked my ID, gave me the injection, and set up the appointment for my revisit for the second injection. I was quickly ushered out so the room was available for the next patient. So far, no side effects, and I'll be back for Round Two in three weeks.

The first there scheduled appointment to see Lawrence P Sullivan and his assistant assistant Charles Brandsmeier wasn’t a good one but I had been referred to him as my first neurologist retired. This second visit though was the worst experience from both him and his assistant. Apt was with Neurologist for the migraines and it was a follow up appointment on the medication. A few days before I sent them a message on my chart since I had been having a migraine since February 28th that hasn’t gone away and it has been causing me to miss school and work and I wanted to write down as much details for them as possible so they could help me resolve my migraine issue since I had a midterm that day and a second one in two weeks. after Nancy took my vitals to see Charlie. said he read my messag. I told him since Feb 28 which maybe was caused by a bad cold I had migraine everyday. started to go down to a 6-9 after March 1st(after cold started getting better). he said but what days have you had the migraine I repeated that since Feb 28. He asked me the same question like 4 times. He asked me what time I go to bed. Said didn’t know since had been sleeping randomnky since the migraines were so bad. That’s when he became extremely rude raised his voice “you don’t know what time you go to bed?!!” i could feel that i was about to cry so I looked away from him and again said for past couple weeks I didn’t bc of migraine. He then said how do you not know what time you go to bed. Is it 4am 2 am? He kept his voice raised throughout this whole time. I said no I don’t stay up that late since I have the migraines I said no but probably between 8-11pm but again I wasn’t sure since the migraines were throwing me off. He then asked what time I woke up and again I said I don’t know it depends on what’s going on that day and that I woke up a lot during the night especially the past couple days Becasue the migraine was making me sweat then feel cold Whioe I slept. He asked several times and his raised tone was making my migraine worse so I said 9am so he could proceed to the next questions. Right after he said so have you been drinking a lot lately? I said no like I’ve said before I don’t really drink Becasue it makes my stomach hurt. exasperatdely said okay let’s just do physical assesnrt. told me to walk in a straight line then tested my hand and knee reflexes and did one hearing test and walked out to talk to the neurologist. Even though I told him about numbness(face tongue limbs) he did no assessment for weaknesses like previous drs. I started crying when left room. After a while heard the dr outside the door saying well we’re not giving her any sort of medical or doctors note let’s go in and see her. Idk why they said that if I didn’t ask for one at all. first thing dr asked in a short and annoyed tone “you look emotional, what’s wrong?” I said nothing bc I wanted him to do his assessments so I could leave. wouldn’t change the subject, kept saying well you’re clearly mad. I said I was upset bc Charlie raising his voice. Charlie got defensive and said that’s not what he said to which I then was pretty upset and said yes you did you act like I want to have migraines. Dr then rudely said well we have a shot for you you want that? I said okay bc I just wanted to leave. Dr. didn’t ask any questions or do physical exams which I found odd seeing as my appounemtb was with him and he ended up being in the room for like two minutes only. Said to call back mon to see if shot worked after about 8mins I finally heard them tell RN to come give me a shot. Nancy offered me water and Kleenex after the shots and calmed me down for 5 mins since she saw I was crying. She told me to call back the next day to see if shot worked and how I was doing. know some people aren’t friendly but I heard the same dr. super upbeat say “hey you!” to his patient next door...never have I felt like the doctors who are there to treat me don’t believe me and instead yell at me. Thank goodness that’s not how my first neurologist, Somchai Laowattana, MD , treated me at all.

Facility used as training ground for personnel and perhaps docs as well. Totally wrong diagnosis of my spouse's condition, had to drive to Froedtert Menomonee Falls on a weekend which was even more inconvenient.
