This building is nothing more than an advertising sign...THAT'S ALL!! No one works there, no one can answer questions, not a minute less than 20 at the drive in with NO ONE IN LINE. Don't bank here, pick another branch...or take your money up the streetADDITION: Received an automated reply to this review, advising me to contact customer absent service at the number that leaves you on hold for nothing less than 30 minutes. This system is absolutely predictable.

I've been with Landmark for almost 20 years, and I'm happy with our accounts, but this Hartford branch really is pretty awful with their customer service. A banker rolling her eyes at me when I come in to set up an account, another just not showing up for our appointment without bothering to tell me, clerks mumbling quietly, long waits at the drive-thru... I don't come here for entertainment, but everyone here seems so depressed.

I am sad to say that this location is almost completely inaccessible for our needs. Lines are long, lobby closed, longer that should even be possible wait times over the phone and representatives who do not know the answers to simple questions over the phone. I had thought to switch all of our accounts to this location after we got a mortgage loan but with the way just even paying our mortgage has become such a chore, there is literally no way I would do this! I have been very disappointed so far in customer service, accessibility and transparency with customer service representatives. Sad because the in house mortgage team was a delight to work with. After that it was all downhill.

Awful customer service and they love to hide their poor service, long lines, lack of availability, lack of flexibility, and poor customer attention behind Covid-19 claims. You can’t even directly call your branch unless you have someone’s direct line. Make an appointment abs maybe in 4 days you can get your question answered. Good luck if you need something or want access to your funds. They had 2 years to figure out a way to function reasonably with safe precautions just like everyone else has yet it takes 4 days to wait for one of their 30 minute appointments to get a document notarized which takes 5 minutes. All those tellers that use to be there to help in the lobby are just wasting time. Still only two tellers in the drive through despite no lobby hours and very few scheduled appointments. Everyone still got paid full wages even though we, the credit union members who employ them, got minimal to no services. CRAZY long lines in drive through and the drive through is soooo slow even when you make it up to the vac tube. Seems A LOT slower than even when they had a full lobby of people. Tried to refinance our $350k home of 10+ years of which landmark carried the loan, never a late payment, and our credit score over 740, but they couldn’t do a refi loan in less than 3months even though appraisal was done within 2 weeks of our application. Ended our relationship 2 months in and went with new company that got it done in 3weeks “ridiculous”. Then they put out this BS commercial that they made appointments and severely limited services all to “help” us their customers. What a bunch of disconnected jokers! Matt Jaeck, landmark personal and business customer for 15+ years, but not much longer. Need to transfer my business accounts, vehicle accounts, and personal accounts. Glad the house is in better hands at least. Whoever developed their Covid-19 response should be fired along with everyone that works there and has not been reporting the problems for customers. For the record I’ve appealed to my branch, branch manager, and upper management over the last 8 months with no response from anyone but the loan officer that couldn’t even manage a refi loan. Even he just said sorry, but that’s the best we can do with no offer to rectify our concerns.

Terrible customer service. Go to any other landmark but this one. They don't know about business accounts. Couldn't even deposit a business check. Had to go to another branch.

Good luck getting ahold of someone if you need help over the phone. Wait times are sometimes hours. All phone numbers you find online go to the same automated system... And the system ttys desperately to not have you talked to someone. "Our auto system can help many things, would you like to use it?" Noooooooo... Which means they don't give a darn about the customer. What the heck ever happened to customer friendly. If this place didn't except the loan for my car payments I'd never bank here. Had a simple question on a Tuesday and they made me hold for an hour just for the answer to a 10 second question.

Drive thru lanes are supose to open up at 8oclock and ive been sitting here for 20 minutes and there still not open. Very disappointed

Went to Hartford drive thru yesterday at 3pm & all lanes were closed! Lobby closed since March & drive thru randomly closed on a Friday?? What the. I find it hard to believe the 8+ people they staff can't man 4 drive thru lanes?? Wait time is atrocious these days. And covid should have little to do with this. Also find it hard to believe there aren't enough people looking for jobs that could fill any possible vacancies to perform the job. Pre-covid days...lobby service was excellent. Josh in Mayville has always been awesome with us!
