Non-negotiable and arguably unethical. I was charged over $150 for new brake pads when I had just replaced them even the day before taking it into the shop for a bleed. I even provided a fresh bottle of oil and gave clear instructions to use it, and they agreed but didn't keep their promise. Will not visit again.

Emissions test done, in and out within 10 minutes on what appeared to be a busy day. It's normally a quick process but it seems as though it's getting harder and harder to find a place that will do so. Personally appreciate the overall convenience they provide.
