Brought in my paint can with Sherman Williams formula. They mixed paint that did not match it was just white paint. They said the computer made a mistake and didn't add tint. They remixed the gallon I brought back. I had paid for a gallon (72$) and asked for a full gallon of paint. I was told I got a full gallon. We used a cup of paint and realized it didnt match. I drove another 10 miles to get the correct paint. Unreal! you made the mistake and you didn't make it right. How can you charge that much money and be so apathetic? Terrible custom service. I was told about the sale I missed the weekend before.

I love this Sherwin Williams location. I've been in the store several times now and when I've had difficulties with a painting project Yianni has always been extremely helpful. So I would like to say thank you!

I ran out of stain for my shed project. After West Bend had simply told me my type of stain was out, I tried the Hartford store. They were out too, however a young man named Yianni went over and above by calling other stores until he found one with the product I needed. I ended up buying in Oshkosh, but Yianni made it possible for me to finish my half done project. Thank you so much! You personify customer service.

The paint is impressive, but more importantly to me honestly is the service.... The service here is exceptional. Give them your business people, you will not regret it. Always kind, helpful, knowledgeable and upfront about everything.... Keep it up Sherwin Williams, Hartford team. ??

Helpful and knowledgeable! I've never had a problem when shopping here! I would totally recommend shopping here for paint and painting supplies! If you create an account they can also track what you buy color wise which makes getting more easier.
