They got half of my order wrong. I asked for no lettuce on 4 tacos, and they gave me 4 cold tacos with lettuce that a small spoon full of meat that didn't even take up half the width of the taco shell.

Wrong tags on bags for door dash to pick up ---- got wrong order couldn't eat it even - and 2nd time bad experience - will NEVER order or eat there again -- good thing Quedoba moved in

Be prepared to wait. Often it's over 10min wait. Even ordered ahead in app, waited over 15min past the pick up time for it to be ready.

Everytime i go to this Taco Bell, the lady in the drive thru (Julia? Julie? Always has fun colored hair!) is always so upbeat and perky. Love her attitude and she always answers my questions without making me feel stupid. I told the manager tonight how great she is and I’d figured I’d share my experience on here. And the food was awesome. Love me some Taco Bell.

Ordered the steak Chalupa combo w/ crispy taco. I always park & eat the taco right away while still crunchy, and after checked the chalupas to make sure they were steak. Both were cold and the shells felt like cardboard; had to microwave at home nearly a minute to soften them up. Paid extra for spicy ranch and got jipped on the amount. It was late night, but that’s no excuse for producing subpar food.

Sat in line 20 minutes at 1030pm Saturday. 4 cars ahead of me, after one car finally had its order taken and pulled up, I left.
