Their hospitality and their attention to detail saved a sale that would under most companies been canceled. I clicked pick up in store on accident and they called me asking if this was correct. I said no as I live in Alaska and that would be impossible for me to pick up lol. The thing is they didn't just call me with a problem they called with a solution as well. That's REEEEALLY hard to find these days. I will be doing business with this TEAM again hopefully soon. Thanks for your attention to detail and sorry for my lack there of.

My girlfriend ordered me some stocking stuffers for Christmas (Lee Quick Trim & Factory Crimp Dies) and they helped her throughout the entire process, from making sure the order was correct all the way through shipping.Everything arrived fast and well packaged, well before the holiday.I can't say enough good things about Titan. Titans website works very well and notice the selection Seemed to be in stock with good prices. . instead of ordering onluine i cqlled and ordered some items. I had a good feeling that rhis was a good shop and will appreciate my shopping there
