I've banked with US Bank at this location for 18 years and have never had a problem with anyone or any transaction. Today I lost my bank card (j have since gotten it back) Monica handled the hold on the account and verified all recent transactions with me assuring me that the account was secure. I highly recommend this bank and especially Monica.Thanks for the quick service

Frase is just as big a moron as she was 20 years ago. I hand her my ID, she says she can cash the check so I sign it, THEN she says there's something wrong with my ID so I had to leave with a signed check.

Really want to love this bank as we have banked here for over 25 years. Asked to open an IRA, had to meet with someone who had NO clue; that set meeting was a waste of time. Then had to set another meeting with someone else and we don't have enough money to talk to him. Also went so far as to tell us we were in the perfect tax bracket and if I made more it would mean more taxes to pay, but I should look for another more meaningful job to "help out" with the money we would be able to invest. Huh? I just wanted to put some money away for retirement but they made this SO difficult!! Why?

Only leaving 1 star because 0 isn't an option. THIS BANK IS RIDICULOUS! I closed my account in 2018 I owed them money when closing it. I paid it in order to open a new account at landmark & now here we are in 2022 & they are saying I never paid it ?

Giving one star because I can't leave zero.Don't utilize US Bank. Fraudulent activity on your account and they keep it open, also refuse to give you your money back. BEWARE!!

I have banked with them 15 years. This past weekend I made a deposit waited for it to hit my account, looked at slip they gave with money back, SOMEONE ELSE GOT MY MONEY..NOT HAPPY.. will be calling today, I live paycheck to paycheck now I am out 400 bucks...ugh

Horrible bank!!! Customer service is lacking and drive thru is slow. I no longer bank with them, I moved my accounts to Landmark Credit Union.

The bankers are very, very friendly and accommodating. They are knowledgeable and professional and take care of all requests as quickly and efficiently as possible especially under these circumstances! It's my hometown bank. They genuinely care about you and I wouldn't go anywhere else!

This is one of the worst banks i have ever been to and ive been to a lot of cities and different states.Rude customer service not professional not polite very unwelcoming and rude they charge you high fees and dues even if its their fault i would not recommend this bank to my worst enemies.

Arrived at the drive-thru at 9:32am -- posted hours state that the drive-thru opens at 9:30am. Waited 15 minutes along with 8-10 other patrons. No one inside, no notice that the branch would not open on time. Absolutely inexcusable. What good is a bank if it I can't rely on it to be open when it states that it will be open!? Sad excuse for customer service.
