This store in Hartford is not honest. I went to exchange my phone There promotion was get a new phone on us plus Apple Watch. Well I called and they said I did not get the promo. I kept asking them how much would I be paying and they only 5 dollars more. Not true nothing was free. I'm still trying to get this fixed and I bought it end of November. NOBody can help. I am know filing a complaint with the BBB. Just be truthful because I would have never went with this. Beware!!!!

Very good service. My Mom's 5-yr. old phone wasn't working anymore, and it's her only way of staying in touch with anyone. I won't go into details, but, I was there 2 nights in a row, and ultimately decidede she needed a new phone. Everything from her old flip phone transferred to her new flip phone, and I was out of there in 20 - 30 min.! Just a little note: I did happen to be tge only customer, while I was there.

There are multiple things that i will say i am severely disappointed in about this store. All of this started in August, when a new manager took over. First off. If you go to purchase a phone, there is a very high chance you will be told that the instore costs out the door for the sales tax, setup fee, case, screen protector, and charger block, will be about $220-$240. While that price is estimated and most times correct, you will also be told, that it is the price out the door because it is bundled with the phone. That it is required and if someone doesnt want to pay this price. The manager will tell you that if you want to dont want to pay these costs, you can go online and order the phone via in store pickup. This is not true. You are not forced to pay these costs. You are not forced to do an instore pickup if you choose not to get any accessories. Secondly. You will also be told that Verizon Movile Protect, aka, device protection, is put on the phone by default to cover the device for the 30 Day Worry Free Guarantee, and will be charged $17 on your next bill for it. This is also not true. You have a choice to put it on the device or not if you do not want it. Both of these that i have just mentioned are complete and utter lies. You are told these things so that the employees and manager get paid. DO NOT BE FOOLED. Everything you do when you go to this store is completely up to you, so if they try to say that you have to have the protection, or have to get these accessories because its bundled with the phone, please walk out right then and there. It is nothing more than lies so that they get paid more. Beware of other false info as well. While i do not remember some of the other info, i have had people complain about false info, just to secure a sale, and a nice fat paycheck for the employees. YOU ARE IN CONTROL OF YOUR MONEY AND YOUR SALE!!! My advice, stay away from this store, and if you have been told this info in the past, know that its the manager who put the employees up to this scheme. No other Verizon location will tell you this false info, except for probably Watertown, as both Hartford and Watertown are run by the same manager. Know that it is not the employees who are making you do this, its the manager, who tells them they have to.

In person they are great and very helpful but forget calling in. The number goes to a call center which will then reach out to the store with the issue and then the center will relate the necessary information back to the customer in the most silly game of telephone I've seen since I was in elementary school. It would be better for you to just go in and talk to their helpful staff in person.

Hartford Wisconsin Verizon cellular store June 27. looking into Verizon cellular phones. The store manager was one of the most helpful persons I ever worked with he let me borrow his Sim card to see if the Verizon service would work better in my location once again, thanks store manager for going overboard and helping me out.

Only one associate was working as the other went home sick. He was able to juggle multiple customers and set me up with a new phone and other items quickly. Great customer service

If you're a person who does not like calling a business, only to have your call answered by someone not even in the same city you just dialed, you won't like this store.Calling the store phone number during business hours gets you an answering/support service not even in this city.How counterclockwise is this!?!If you're calling to check on merchandise on display in the actual store, ...the answering service can't answer such business question.Our society is filling up with lazy backwards thinkers that do things that don't make sense.Don't even waste your time with this place.

We made an appointment with Verizon for 5 PM on Sunday. When we walked in at our appointment time, the representative, who was at the store said. Are you here for the business appointment? We answered. Yes, he then said oh no, I ain’t doing that today. he refused to take care of us. We left and went to the west bend store and received the customer service we should have received at the hartford store.
