Lady who answered the phone was very rude and annoyed that I would call a few weeks before taxes are due. Tried to explain to her my husband just died and I had other things on my mind. She didn't seem to care. Very poor customer service.

We had a wonderful experience with Justin at Vickney and Asso. Very professional. We have semi-involved taxes and they handled them great. Would highly recommend.
