Lady with the Karen haircut working the front of the pharmacy has a real lash out problem. She needs correcting or just get rid of her. Hope she isn't like that at home if she has children. Sending my prescription to another pharmacy.

This place is absolutely terrible!!! Never on time . I've gotten the wrong prescription and they call to let me know it was wrong.then the correct one is the wrong quantity.dont know if they can't read or if they can't count.i would not go in this store if they were giving things away for free!!!!

Joining the chorus of folks complaining that this is the slowest pharmacy ever. Every time we pick up a Rx the wait is 30-45 minutes minimum. We will be moving our prescriptions to a different pharmacy well out of our way to avoid the painfully slow service that has unfortunately become the norm at this location.

I would not send your prescriptions to this location as you will wait a long time. This opinion is based on 3 years of experience going here. Also good luck getting the pharmacy on the phone. It’s usually quicker for me to drive the 20 minutes there to ask a simple question rather than wait (sometimes over an hour).

Love spending your time in the pharmacy meeting other people waiting to get medication? What to spend countless hours on hold getting something correctly done? Love talking endlessly to random strangers in line? Then this is the place for you!This is the first online review that I have written. That is how annoyed I am. I never complain or write reviews. One star is being very generous.I have been a long term patient and kind customer. Tonight after waiting in line in the store for an hour just to pick up the wrong medication. The line was so long I didn’t want to hold anyone up so I moved on without looking. My fault. Ok it’s fine so I call to get it corrected and I am still at this moment holding going on 57 minutes. This is when something inside me broke… That’s how over this pharmacy I am. I have waited in countless lines and been kind to all the people that work there over the years. I’m done.I am writing this review as I still sit on hold going now over an hour.What is going on? Why always short staffed?1 hour and three minutes into holding still.I will be going somewhere else. Highly recommend you also do.

The pharmacy decided before even contacting me that because my insurance didn't cover the medication that they wouldn't order it for me. They then failed to call me to let me know this and make a decision for myself.

Always seems like we have problems with prescription. Getting all them filled at the same time. We seem to have to come back several times to get the prescriptions we need.

Hopefully the lack of a manager during the week walks out permanently.. the dark haired girl with the pony tail. After people were waiting for prescriptions for over a hour. She would tell them your prescription is ready, go to the end of the line... that without exaggeration was 40 minutes long. Is this the new woke culture? I said no, the .... ripped up my prescription and said find a new pharmacy. Thank you for the advice. Never been treated so rude as a customer. I apologize to the staff to be in that miserable environment with her, you deserve better. Not to mention I'm diabetic and was without medication for 4 days. The new pharmacy didn't have it in stock. Hartford was late 3 day on top of this originally. Hartford had recieved the package 3 days earlier but never put it in stock. Lousy management plain and simple. The dingbat should have said days prior, why hasn't this been recieved yet. My apologies to the staff for her and thank you for your hard work.

I would give a worse rating if I could. This is the WORST pharmacy that exists. If you try to fill a prescription they will push back and not fill it for days. They randomly change their hours and do not notify customers of the changes either. If they can only find one person to work at the pharmacy for one 8 hour period a day, it tells the customers a lot about how poorly they pay and how poorly they treat employees. Get your prescription filled anywhere other than here as it is a nightmare to get anything from this pharmacy.

Long wait times, unprofessional service. Had a prescription sent in a month ago. Prep solutions for a procedure. I have gotten the runaround from them for the past few weeks, and when it became urgent I get this product, they agree to get it ready, and a day later I see online that it's been cancelled. I called to speak to the person that promised to get it ready, and he gave me the "I spoke to a lot of people last week" line and blamed others for what he messed up. Walgreens costs more than the others, and their service is slow and unprofessional. I won't be using them in the future.

I had a paxlovid prescription sent there even though I’ve had terrible experiences with the pharmacy in the past…I will never go there again. I called the first time one hour after it was sent and a recording said they were working on it so I know they had it. I called 4 more times and finally spoke to a person, who was less than understanding, and said they just got it 1/2 hour ago which was a lie and I let her know it. The prescription, which is a pre-packaged box, was ready 30 minutes later. The prescription took 6 hours for them to fill which is absolutely ridiculous.

This is, by far, the worst and rudest pharmacy I have ever used. The Pharmacist (Matt) is rude and his employees follow his lead. I witnessed him being rude and unhelpful to those in front of me and then myself.My daughter was seen by dermatology and prescribed a medication on Wednesday. The pharmacy told me it was not covered by my insurance. This was not true, they simply tried giving me the generic instead of the brand name (which was covered). After that was resolved (requiring a call to the doctors office- which was now closed so I had to wait until the following morning), the pharmacy told me my script would be ready for pick up in thirty minutes. I went to the pharmacy 1 hour later only to be told it was not covered by my insurance. Again, I explained the situation. They ran the brand name and found it was covered but it was out of stock. They reassured me it would be ordered and would be there the following day (Friday). On Friday, the medication was not available. I went again today (Saturday) and they still do not have the medication. Not only do they not have it but they said they do not see that it was ever ordered. The pharmacist told me it would be ordered and *might* be there on Monday. I did not receive an apology or a “sorry for any inconvenience “ but simply a “check back on Monday.”So, not only was I less than satisfied with the service I received but now my daughter will be without the medication that was prescribed to her for at least 5 days.

Pharmacy is not staffed. Prescriptions sent by dr don’t get filled. Then there is no way to call the store and the online center that handles their calls cannot even reach them?? How can they service people who urgently need prescriptions? What a joke

Just got 20 greeting cards of my professional quality photos printed. Cards 1-10 looked great, cards 11-20 looked bad. The machine did not fold the cards square either. Got them on sale… card, envelope and personalization for $.99 each. However, if half of the cards need to be thrown out, it’s no sale. Card on left looks fine, card on right looks bad.
