Changes being made every where in this store with a pandemic affecting the world...Such a terrible thing to do to customers..have to walk all over the store to try and find products, spend extra long time in the store ..even employees don't know where anything is and raising prices....Terrible...

I went in last night to do a return. It was around 6:30 and the girl asked for my ID since I couldn't find the receipt. It would of been an in-store credit which is fine but I gave her my ID and she looked and said "this isn't you, I won't return this". First off what would be the point in me trying to return something with someone else's license? Second, it was me and I had a piece of mail in my purse with my same address on my license but I was so mad I said screw this. I could see if it was someone of a different race, or opposite gender, but even then who is she to say something? I was so offended and mad I wasted my time. Again it makes absolutely NO sense to try and return something with someone else's license. I ended up going to the Walmart in west bend and they took care of me no questions asked or smirky remarks given. The lady had glasses, short brown hair, a bit on the heavier side. I wish I got her name cause I would sure report her personally.

I have to give a shout out to an employee. His name is Eric L and he was working the late night hours. I was trying to find something and I kept asking questions to him. If I would have had somebody ask me a million questions I would have gotten upset. Eric was so patient and kind! He helped me find what I was looking for. I hope he gets recognized! Walmart needs more people like Eric!

This Walmart is so rude. I tried to pay for groceries with my food card and they refused to type my food card number in. Meanwhile I have four children on spring break....bringing them NO food. The manager actually called the police. I just wanted to pay for my groceries. They made me feel like I was crap bc I had a food card. Never in my life of 49 years have I been so disrespected. The yellow smile face in Hartford needs to turn that smile upside down. Your not welcome there. They hate their jobs.
