I had an issue with new brakes my son and I had installed. A bolt loosened. The folks at Westside Auto are open on 1/2/23 when most places are closed and were very helpful. AAA was awesome with a free tow into the shop. Within a few hours they had checked all wheels, found and fixed the loose bolt. Tightened everything up and did it all at a very reasonable cost. I found my replacement for the Toyota dealer that is 30+ miles away.

I moved to Hartford in November of 2021 and I am a widowed senior. Not knowing anyone in town I was apprehensive but I cannot say enough good things about Westside Auto. They are honest, friendly and give the best service for a very fair price. I would recommend them to everyone.

Great Shop- 1st time there being new to the area and will be back. Had a flat tire, called them and they got me right in. Left the car and they called an hour later with it done. Patched it correctly ( from the inside) and even picked me up at my house when the job was completed. Reasonable pricing. Can't ask for anything better than that.
