I went to this salon before and it was amazing. I went back 6 weeks later to get another no-chip pedi And by the time I got to my car I just cried. I did not say one word but the lady that did my Pedi made me feel so awful about myself because she said I waited too long and my nails got too long because of this. She did not massage me or do anything remotely close to first experience I had. It was embarrassing because she just threw a towel on my legs. Did not even wrap them. The people next to me were looking even the workers because they thought that's not how they do things. I did not say one word because I was just embarrassed and humiliated and I could not wait to leave. The gentleman at the front asked me how my Pedi was at the end when I went to pay and I softly whispered It was awful and I just want to go cry but I did not make a scene because that's not who I am. He offered to give me some money back and I would not let him do it and I still tipped the lady but I will never go back there. It was such an awful experience.

Lisa is the best! My mom referred me to her and she’s amazing. She was so responsive and accommodating for my last minute appointment! Efficient, kind, professional, did an amazing job with my hands and feet! Takes her time, but gets done in great timing! I will definitely be back and I live downtown Milwaukee! She’s worth the trip!! The picture doesn’t do the white almond chrome justice!

My nail tech was trying to skip steps. I needed to specifically ask if he was going to fix things or he would’ve just left them. Regardless, my nail polish chipped a day later and acrylic was lifting badly within a few days. I will not go back.

I love this place! They are nice, pleasant and polite.
LISA is the best at doing nails! I’ve never had a better manicure or pedicure with anyone else. She is so sweet! Make sure you make an appt with her!!!! Gives me hugs every time I see her. Anna(who own the salon) is wonderful and funny as well. Thank you E Nails!

I have been going to E Nails salon for a couple months now. My neighbor recommended it. I have a standing appointment every 3 weeks with Lisa. The salon is very nice, clean and friendly. Lisa is a great nail tech. She is outstanding in her work. My nails have never looked better and are in great shape. I highly recommend this salon, and especially Lisa!

My wife went for the first time and I gave her a ride and picked her up because we live close and the lady cut her fingers till they bled. Got gel over her feet and hands. They really look like hell. I highly recommend NOT going. Now we have to remove it and go on our honeymoon tomorrow and she is not enjoying the way she looks.
