Inefficiency is the keyword. Almost no one cares about their job, and the company REFUSES to fire the people that are bringing down the entire establishment (SALES TEAM IS GARBAGE). Dozens of companies stopped doing business because of our toxic practices. Wage was decent tho. Just wish people cared.
