“We ordered a flower basket for a funeral. It was hoped they could include a specific flower that was a favorite. We received a call back to let us know they were unable to get that flower but would put together a basket of summer flowers for us. We were very pleased with the flower arrangement and was pleasantly surprised how lovely it turned out. Thanks for the great customer service and recommend this florist.”

“I am a firm believer in doing business with actual local florists where the business owners get to know what I like in flowers. Those 800 businesses could care less about their customers and charge more and give less. I called Steve (the owner) on a Saturday morning to order a bouquet to be delivered the same day. He spent quality time on the phone with me hearing about flowers I liked and those I don’t. I basically ordered lilies but Steve assured me that he would use some fillers to hide the lily stems. What a shock! Steve used beautiful fresh roses for “fillers.” The bouquet was beautiful and way above my expectations. And the recipient was beyond happy! And the flowers lasted for a very long time. We were both extremely satisfied. Steve promised to send me a pic of the bouquet before it was delivered (so you know what you are paying for) but I think there was a mixup between my landline number and my cell because I never received the picture. No worries because the recipient sent me multiple pictures for the next 2 weeks. Thank you Steve! Will always use you as my florist from now on. You are the best!!! Thank you.”

“I came across Bank of Flowers through a friend who noticed my daughters name on their Friday Flower giveaway (very generous thank you my daughter was a recipient but we had to pay them forward). Yes, they give flowers... that gesture in itself says so many things. Not even a month later, my daughters homecoming date gave her the most beautiful three strand faux pear wrist corsage from this same florist. That's why I'm hook line and sinkered to this place. This Homecoming season I was a customer of BOF. I couldn't have been happier. I ordered the faux pear wrist corsage and a boutonnière. The customer service was exceptional. Then I had an emergency on my end the afternoon before Homecoming. I needed another wrist corsage. My daughters boyfriend never ordered (first timer) it. I called BOF and I was accommodated without a problem.
"Other" florists have not been able to help me in the past with last minute requests, but Bank of Flowers CAN!!!

“I worked with Jaimy at Magnolia Floral for our wedding floral and she did a great job! Florals were not a huge part of our wedding; we just did bouquets, boutonnieres, and corsages, and the quality and price matched exactly what I was looking for. Jaimy nailed my vision of deep jewel tones and lots of purple for our winter wedding, and was always very easy to communicate with. She even was able to wrap my bridal bouquet in my mom's wedding dress fabric, which was a very sentimental part of the day. Would highly recommend!”
