Recently had a great customer experience when I ordered some shirts for my company from Holly. The first go-round there was a mistake with the printer. I contacted her and within an hour she had gotten back to me, figured out how to make things right, and personally delivered the finished product. Holly responds quickly and you can tell she genuinely cares about what she does. Things go wrong sometimes - that's how life goes - but how you handle those situations says a lot. Holly handled it very well.

Holly is simply amazing! She literally takes ideas that I draw on cocktail napkins and turns them into the exact vision I had each and every time! She is incredibly easy to work with, generous of her time and talents with her customers, and does everything she can to support her customers.
