The last few times I've called Landmark customer service I've waited on hold for an hour without someone answering. Instead of hiring a few more people to answer the phones, management instead decided to build itself a new headquarters building so they can have big, fancy corner offices to sit in while making bad decisions benefiting themselves instead of their customers. For this and other reasons I can no longer recommend Landmark.

All around excellent experiences at Landmark from customer service to consumer lending. Took advantage of a 1% HELOC teaser rate last year and arb'd it with 9+% I bonds. Perfect experience with zero closing cost secured line of credit, monthly payments, and pre rate reset payoff.

Had a meeting scheduled with Vincent Smith the Branch Manger to close out my deceased mothers accounts. He was very disrespectful. No greeting, would not answer simple questions. Passed me off to a Teller and walked away not informing me why I was with Teller. The Teller was very apologitic and proceeded to close out account. Do not recommend any using the Hartland WI location as long as Vincent is the Branch Manager.

Had a fraud issue with several of our accounts. I was notified by LMCU security department and told to stop into a local branch. The branch manager (Vincent) took care of this issue quickly, made sure our information and accounts were made secure, and that I understood next steps. He did all this while being so patient and accommodating as I had my three small children with me. Highly recommend this bank!

DO NOT BANK HERE.The level of incompetence at this bank is absolutely incredible.I've been banking here for 20 years. The last 2 years this bank has gone downhill rapidly.I'd give zero stars if possible.Currently looking for a new bank with capable online banking.

We have been with LandMark for over 10 years and and have called to talk to Susan about many things and have never been disappointed with her advice. Landmark is a great bank. We used to get .01 from our first bank and now for the same amount in our accounts beget.10 or up to a dollar. much better. We wouldn't go any where else.

No customer service at all. Left 2 voicemail messages to a personal banker and never received a call back. I went into the bank and asked the teller if I could meet with a personal banker and he said he would email the banker!! I am not sure if the teller even did that. I simply sat down in a chair and waited for someone. Customer service is so important but this Landmark location is lacking in it. Very sad.

I was one of the early members at Landmark CU, probably 25+ years ago. Wow! Things change . . they built huge new infrastructure and there is NO Customer Service anymore. Crazy . . and don't blame it on COVID - they are using that as an excuse. There is absolutely no rational reason to wait 45+ minutes - ON MULTIPLE OCCASIONS on the phone for assistance. And no, my issue isn't found on their website or some chatbot. Ill be leaving soon . . or as soon as I can figure out how to close my accounts. sad . . .

If you can I’d avoid ever doing business with landmark, they’re crooks and scam artists..... I have medical conditions amongst other things that disparage me from making it into a physical branch location, they keep locking my account and refusing to unlock so I can’t make payments then charge me for a late payment and give me “insufficient funds” charges when the account they’re pulling from isn’t insufficient at all...... it takes me almost another month to get things handled.... these people don’t care about their customers what so ever!! I HIGHLY SUGGEST USING SUMMIT CREDIT UNION OR GUARDIAN!! Landmark is a joke and they will not have your back or help you with anything..... they might think they’re slick but obviously not that smart when they’ll let thousands and thousands upon thousands walk over $235...... been on the phone over an hour wit people that don’t have a clue..... I’m sure this review is wasted because they won’t fix or change anything I’m sure, but maybe it can save someone else the trouble the hassle and the headache of these frauds

This is quite honestly the worst bank you could go to, I have had nothing but issues since day one. Staff is unhelpful and unorganized. Fraud was left unchecked and I was penalized for no apparent reason besides for the fun of it. Irresponsible as well, I have updated my information numerous times in various ways yet nothing was changed. I have gotten into situations that would have never occurred if Landmark staff had not been incompetent. I have made it very clear my needs as a customer and what I would like done with my money yet it still has not happened. I am at a loss for how to make it any easier for staff to complete my requests. If you want a reliable bank DO NOT go to Landmark.

It takes for ever to talk to someone on line. The last 2 times it has been over an hour. I tried to look into a loan and it toke me 2 weeks to talk to someone. I go through the drive through and that takes for ever.. Last time it toke over an hour. This use to be a 5 star bank. What happened. I'm thinking about moving my accounts. my daughter goes to another bank and she can get service right away.

Never returns your calls, takes forever for the drive throw, coin michein doesn't work and the staff are very rude.
