“Great family owned business! very nice people and great staff.
Had a salt delivery - delivered on time - very competitive pricing - very polite delivery person. Highly recommend.”
“I live in downtown Delafield & I have frequented this store over the years: even though I don’t normally leave reviews, I feel that this one is so well deserving. The owner is absolutely so sweet & gracious. She will bend over backwards for you. You couldn’t find a nicer person. I continue to wish her well with her privately owned shop & I hope others continue to patronize her store as well!! Tosca & Smokey Bear ?”
“They are so knowledgable and helpful with all my pet needs! I regularly purchase the enormous bags of Frommes dog food and they cheerfully retrieve it and place it in my trunk. Now that’s service. I always enjoy the belly laughs I experience from the pet picture cards at checkout…check them out!!”

“This is a sad review but a very grateful one.
I wanted a special cake to honor Zoey who recently passed a month before her golden birthday. Birthdays are a big thing for us and I reached out to petlicous and asked them if I could make a special request.
When I picked the cake up I loved it and they did a wonderful job, they were very sweet and apologized for Zoey passing.
Thank you for doing this for me and Zoey.
I added a happy photo of Zarya enjoying the squirrel cookie.
Thank you so much.”
“Knowledgeable staff regarding pet products and/or supplements to give your dog or cat. I've been shopping there for 20+ years and have always received great service.”
“Charming loves coming here for his treats but also for the treatment he gets from the staff. Special shout out to Haley for always taking care of Charming when he goes in for his paws & ears cleaning appointment. And thank you to Krysta today for giving him a great grooming service. I’m happy with how professionally you guys take care of him. Both do an amazing job. Definitely booking another appointment pretty soon.”
“I finally decided, after living here in Sussex for years, to stop in and check Friends of Nature out. I am so glad I did. I two dogs, a snake, and I feed the wild birds. They have products for all 3 and the prices are very competitive if not cheaper. The people that work there are as nice as can be. I definitely recommend checking them out if you've never been there. They have a loyalty program to help save money, too. It's now my go-to place for all my pets.”
“It was shift change and although I was the only person waiting in line one of the employees,Whitney, made sure to help me get checked out (I had only one thing and would not have complained if I had to wait) even though she was already past her time to leave for her shift she made sure to help me. In this day and age of young entitled people this stood out to me and really made my day! Everyone else was also helpful. I came for 2 snails and I was able to get assistance immediately.”

“Some of the best groomers I've come across for dog nail trimming! The 3 girls in the back are so personable and knowledgeable, plus they simply care and love on my dogs.
The store is always clean and the people are friendly.”
“The aquarium store’s pet, Constantine, is the most adorable turtle I’ve ever seen! I never thought a turtle could be charismatic but this turtle sure is! The owner, Dominic, went out of his way to meet our unusual requests.”
“PetSmart has a clean, well-organized store with friendly and helpful staff. It was easy to find what I needed, and the overall shopping experience was pleasant. I'll definitely be back.”
“I love this Petco! The staff are all so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful! Shout out especially to Beverly & Alex. If you have any reptile needs, Alex is your gal. She has several of her own bearded dragons and many other pets so she’s super knowledgeable on their care and feeding. She’s been A HUGE help in my new journey as a beardie owner, making sure I have the right lamps, substrate, greens and feeders. 10/10 recommend you come to this Petco for your animal needs.”
“The people and the place were great. The prices seem to be going higher to the point where I’m contemplating going back to a vet for my dogs shots though. There used to be a noticeable amount of savings that made it worthwhile to go to Petco/Vetco but now that savings gap is getting smaller to the point where it’s almost negligent, it appears and might be just as cost-effective going to the vet for vaccines.”
