“Great place with friendly, helpful service and good variety in feeds. Staff helped me with finding good feed for my horse with dietary restrictions and they really know their stuff about dietary needs for livestock! My vet recommended them when I was having a hard time keeping weight on my cushings horse who became a picky eater.
Also great place to get popcorn and dog treats. I’m a loyal customer now for sure.”

“I finally decided, after living here in Sussex for years, to stop in and check Friends of Nature out. I am so glad I did. I two dogs, a snake, and I feed the wild birds. They have products for all 3 and the prices are very competitive if not cheaper. The people that work there are as nice as can be. I definitely recommend checking them out if you've never been there. They have a loyalty program to help save money, too. It's now my go-to place for all my pets.”

“I take my dog, Albie, to Pet Supplies Plus in Ocon for grooming services. He has been in a couple of times, and each time we go we have such a positive experience. Albie is a reactive dog and is very wary of strangers, so he can be hard to work with. The team at Pet Supplies Plus is always so patient and careful with him, making the experience easier for me and the dog. We have specifically worked with Tina, who is awesome. They also do a great job and he is so soft and smells good after the appointment.”

“This is a sad review but a very grateful one.
I wanted a special cake to honor Zoey who recently passed a month before her golden birthday. Birthdays are a big thing for us and I reached out to petlicous and asked them if I could make a special request.
When I picked the cake up I loved it and they did a wonderful job, they were very sweet and apologized for Zoey passing.

“It was shift change and although I was the only person waiting in line one of the employees,Whitney, made sure to help me get checked out (I had only one thing and would not have complained if I had to wait) even though she was already past her time to leave for her shift she made sure to help me. In this day and age of young entitled people this stood out to me and really made my day! Everyone else was also helpful. I came for 2 snails and I was able to get assistance immediately.”
“The people and the place were great. The prices seem to be going higher to the point where I’m contemplating going back to a vet for my dogs shots though. There used to be a noticeable amount of savings that made it worthwhile to go to Petco/Vetco but now that savings gap is getting smaller to the point where it’s almost negligent, it appears and might be just as cost-effective going to the vet for vaccines.”
“My cat Ellie has never been to a groomer before. She is a 4 year old medium-long tabby cat, nothing fancy but Ellie tends to get knots on her tummy/under her armpits, and has a fluffy butt that sometimes isn’t the cleanest. Tabitha was amazing with her, she did a waterless bath, trim, brush, nails, ears, etc. in all of 45 minutes. I will definitely be bringing my Smelly Ellie back for the quick, easy, well-done service Tabitha was able to provide.”

“I am a frequent shopper at the Delafield Petco. I definitely prefer it over the Waukesha location where the employees there always make me feel like I'm bothering them. The employees at the Delafield location are always friendly and happy to help. Beverly always strikes up a conversation which is a nice change from most big box stores these days. Great customer service. Yesterday I stopped to pick up a few things and had questions about a fish tank I had purchased. Beverly called Alex over to answer my questions. Alex went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and had all the information I needed. She really takes pride in her job. I hope PETCO corporate takes care of its good employees because they sure are hard to find these days. A good shopping experience keeps customers coming back. Keep up the great works ladies.
