“I do not go to the post office too often but when I do I can appreciate good service. I was surprised to find that the local post offices around me had average or poor reviews. When I saw the reviews from customers of the Okauchee Lake post office I thought, "Only 5 reviews but all are great." So I gave it a try. I can tell you that this post office is the new standard for me. Good service, good information and patience is the virtue of the day. I'm making this my post office from now on.”
“Been past this place many times. It's a tiny little building, and I've often wondered what services they offered.
We needed a few postcard stamps, so we finally stopped in. Even though it's a small post office, they have just about everything you'd expect from a USPS location, including P.O. boxes, packing supplies, greeting cards, and a wide selection of stamps.
There was one person working when we arrived, and they were super friendly and helpful. Exactly the kind of warm, personable service you'd hope to find in a small-town post office.

The only time I went to the post office was during the Christmas rush and I had absolutely zero issues.
