“I do not go to the post office too often but when I do I can appreciate good service. I was surprised to find that the local post offices around me had average or poor reviews. When I saw the reviews from customers of the Okauchee Lake post office I thought, "Only 5 reviews but all are great." So I gave it a try. I can tell you that this post office is the new standard for me. Good service, good information and patience is the virtue of the day. I'm making this my post office from now on.”
“I absolutely adore Janet and it is the only place i go now. She's always polite, always efficient, always asks about my family and work, and just overall pleasant. I have been to every usps in Waukesha County and she's by far the nicest I've met. I actually want to ship at North Lake because its a small town vibe. Explained how everything worked and pointed me to the office down the road since they were open. Nice guy, straight forward, solid service ??”

“A little difficult to find if you're not familiar with the location. Turn into the parking lot for 'Depot Crossing' right next to the book store, off Hwy 83. Look for the flag pole towards the end of the office building, and you'll see signs above the door. Small office but very friendly staff.”
