Approximately 1:24 - 1:34pm.The US Bank branch in Hartland is horrible. I stopped in because it was on my way home.One person talking on the phone for six minutes - this person made NO attempt to get someone to help me.A person came out from somewhere in the back and said that they were working the drive thru. They took my deposit and returned cash.They came out when done with the transaction with no explanation and did not count back the cash, etc.A horrible bank branch. The tellers need to be trained better and whomever is the branch senior manager(s) need to update how there people treat the bank customers.I do not recommend or endorse the Hartland US Bank branch and I will never go to this branch again.

Rudest bank I've ever been to. I pulled up to the drive-through window they won't even acknowledge you. They jyst takes your paperwork guess give back your paperwork says you're all done. Very rude very unprofessional. Lacking in customer communications big time

I scheduled an appointment online earlier this week for 11:45am today as I could not reach anyone at the branch. I received multiple texts and emails confirming the appointment. I showed up and the doors were locked due to COVID. I called the bank the branch. They came out and explained they are currently taking appointments only by phone. It would have been nice to know this prior to my arrival. I was also told I would receive a phone call. That never happened. I called again an hour after my appointment and was told the individual I was to have the call with was on a conference call and would call me back. No apologies. It’s now the end of the business day and still no call. After a recent move this is not a very good first impression for the local branch. Very disappointed in the customer service and lack of appreciation for a 15+ year US Bank customer’s time.

Took $800 from my balance this afternoon, machine made lots of noise, never gave me any money. 24 hour "customer service" number folks not helpful at all. Hartland police documented the situation. Can't do anything more until tomorrow :(

I'm pretty sure this U.S. Bank moved, last I checked they weren't in the building anymore.
