Most of the people are great but the place/parking lot is way too small for the area now. There should at the VERY least be a secure place to put packages that are ready to be shipped instead of waiting in line in a cramped space. Common sense. Many of us just want to drop off our packages and get the heck out of there.

Our hometown Hartland post office is amazing, because of the exceptional long term employees! Truly they have accepted a role as part of our neighborhoods. The ladies and gentlemen who work at the counter are so friendly, helpful, and professional! They go above and beyond their duty to customer service. Our Hartridge delivery gentleman cares so much to get it correct and is so friendly while doing all the deliveries. Thank you!

This place is trash. Waited 20 minutes before they even opened just to get sent back of the 10 person line to get a sending label. Garbage placeWent to FedEx was in there 3 minutes and had my package shipped out with ease

Shoutout to the Hartland Post Office! Package tracked as "delivered" but wasn't at my house. Called, they tracked it in their system and found they dropped it off at the wrong place. Within an hour they had found it and delivered it to me.

The so called "manager" was unbelievably rude when I tried to find information out about my mothers mail that was on hold because she recently passed away. I wish I never had to deal with this place ever again. Horribly insensitive. Talked to me like I am stupid and acting as if I was wasting her time.

I have said something twice now to the post office. My mailbox was working fine until they delivered to it. Now no key will open the mailbox and I haven't received mail in 2 weeks. They said someone would fix it but no one has come to look at it. I just want a working mailbox.

Our post lady would not deliver our mail because there was a frog on top of the mailbox...A FROG. They apparently even got the police involved (I actually laughed really hard when I heard that...) There was a note to remove the frog, so I did. A couple days later, she left another slip saying that the frog was back... OK, so our guard-frog decided to get back on the mailbox, who cares? If you don't want to deliver mail because a harmless reptile likes to hang out there, then maybe you need to find a different career path.We need our mail, and I am not going to go out there every morning to check for harmless frogs.Sincerely, an unhappy Hartland tax-payer

I am SO impressed by the fabulous customer service this Hartland PO provides. I send heavier parcels here multiples times per yr and the few times there has been glitches in transit (not fault of 53029) Hartland PO (most recently *Don*) has gone above and beyond to assist me. Excellent!

Whatever happened to "rain sleet or snow"? My package wasn't delivered because the "front door / driveway was not accessible". We've got about 2 inches of snow. I'm sure I could walk through that!
