“I'd give 10 stars if I could! This all happened within 10 minutes before the mechanics went home on a Friday evening! I was at the hardware store in -15 degree weather with a plumbing problem. I got what I needed, left the store and my car wouldn't start. The Co op service manager came out to help me and couldn't get it started. Electrical!!! Long story, I thought I was going to have to call a tow truck. All of a sudden the service manager came back from around the block, said hold on a minute, took my key fob and started the car. This... all after they had already closed for the day. The battery in the FOB was dead. These guys could've went home and left me stranded, instead they discussed my problem and decided what a simple solution might be. It worked!!! We'll be buying these guys lunch next week!”
“Our Chevy Equinox started making a horrible noise while we were on vacation, five hours from home. Naylor's Auto Shop completely saved our week. I filled out their online form on Labor Day weekend and was relieved to get a call back ON Labor Day evening and they got us in first thing the next morning. When we arrived, Joe got in the car with us and drove it around just to hear the sound. After 20+ years of driving, I've never had a mechanic do that—it was so much better than trying to explain the sound myself. He immediately diagnosed a bad wheel bearing, explained the issue, and had it fixed up in less than 90 minutes. What could have been disaster was solved faster than a trip to the coffee shop and Walmart. This level of service is incredible. We even bought some of their hand-tapped maple syrup to support their kids' horse lessons. If you're ever in the Hayward area, Naylor's is the place to go. They are honest, efficient, and they get the job done right.”
