The day I arrived in town, I went straight to the shop, and Cindy and Dylan were ready for me and helped me understand the pros and cons of the options since it’s a big investment. She set me up to test ride bikes the next morning. The next morning, I rode the two bike options in Telemark on the Birkie trails to really test them out. I fell in love with my Trek Top Fuel! Tim helped me really get a sense for the bike and confirm my choice. Then we drove back to the shop in Hayward, where Josh did a once over on the bike, got it fully serviced, and I was able to ride it home.
