“I bought a mountain bike and all supporting gear at Riverbrook. I live out of town, but have a place in Hayward, so I emailed Cindy ahead of time, and she immediately responded with options. The day I arrived in town, I went straight to the shop, and Cindy and Dylan were ready for me and helped me understand the pros and cons of the options since it’s a big investment. She set me up to test ride bikes the next morning. The next morning, I rode the two bike options in Telemark on the Birkie trails to really test them out. I fell in love with my Trek Top Fuel! Tim helped me really get a sense for the bike and confirm my choice. Then we drove back to the shop in Hayward, where Josh did a once over on the bike, got it fully serviced, and I was able to ride it home. “The worker took down my wrong phone number and email, plus spelled my name wrong. So I was not able to receive a call, text or email about completing my service. So my service was longer than expected. Fixed my bike and a good recommendation about how to fix it in the future. Just need to be more careful.”
