“We recently bought a very comfortable new Colt Coffee chair and ottoman and new poly deck furniture. Michael D., from the Hayward Retreat location offered to deliver our new chair and ottoman himself the same day we bought it after work. We live 30 minutes from the store. Otherwise we would need to wait at least two weeks for the poly furniture to be shipped to the store and delivered. Michael has helped us with previous purchases. Michael is outstanding at his job and also a super great guy. We appreciate having someone to reach out to when looking at new items for our lake home.”
